We stayed at the Royal and our room was spacious and had a spectacular view of the water. River rapids was so much fun and there’s so much to do it’s worth the price. Convenient and having access to the ca...sino was great. We also ate at Nobu restaurant and it was amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This resort could be so good, room was lovely, stunning suite with ocean views, no complaints about the room. Staff in general are not good, unhelpful and unfriendly. Restaurants are very overpriced fo...r low quality food. Wife had shoes stolen from the beach, made a report but zero follow-up from the resort who said they would review the camera footage. Lots of hidden charges that to be fair are in the ‘very’ small print of your booking, extra person charge of $60.50 per night and they actually add another $21 of mandatory gratuity per night, I’m not sure how gratuity can be mandatory but here we are. This is on top of the resort fee of $71.59 per day. Pools and water parks are fun. Beach is stunning but not as clean as others we have visited in the Caribbean. Wanted to love this place but the hidden charges and unhelpful staff made it overall disappointing.
