This resort had the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Almost everyone was rude, unfriendly and seemed to be miserable. They add an automatic 15% gratuity to all services and typically we... tip much more but rarely did because we were treated so poorly. The service ruined our trip and we will never go back.

If you are a Marriott member, and expect to earn points here, do NOT stay here. They will not give you one single point for your stays, or anything you put on the room. I have stayed at over 1000 nights wi...th Marriott, and have Lifetime Platinum, and this is first time this has ever happened.

This resort always delivers on cleanliness, friendliness and available activities. Newly refurbished room in the East Royal Tower was very nice. Casino has been updated since our last visit and it did not... disappoint. Dining options were varied and easily accessed. Will definitely be back!

this experience was the complete opposite end of the spectrum from the first part of our travels, which had us at the tranquil boutique Hotel, the island house on the other end of the island. Additionally,... on the other side of the island, the staff and Service was so friendly and attentive. Here at the Atlantis service was rude rushed… But that is probably due to the overwhelming number of guests that they have to deal with on a daily basis.

Not a good experience at all in the Atlantis way too expensive for the food and I don't mind paying for good food and it was not good. Food drinks were outrageous. There was kids screaming absolutely every...where not one adult pool. They need to improve a lot so sad second time there and unfortunately, it'll be my last
