The food at the resort is dog food quality, and the food is the best part of the experience. The service is atrocious, the staff is rude, and the management is incompetent. They have events nightly until m...idnight with insane volume. I am writing this from a 10th floor suite where the windows are currently shaking from a marching band. We paid over $3,000 for 4 nights, and so far two of the nights we have been unable to sleep, and so has our child. There was no warning and no advertisement that this would be occurring. One of the bare minimum amenities you expect for a vacation is the water to be drinkable. Do not have that expectation at this property. The water tastes like it has been used to wash the dishes, but they are happy to sell you bottles of water at insane markup. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody has any answers. Nobody should ever travel to this garbage hotel.

Everybody I deal with at this hotel is fabulous! The service is wonderful! Especially want to shout out Enjoli Musgrove at VIP service desk for her exceptional treatment of my family while we were on vaca...tion. Also all the women at Plato's are over and above the level of excellence for good service. Very friendly and professional, but they have very good hearts and are very caring.
