Mediocre food, terrible service, and cockroaches!??

My room was missing a phone, tv didn’t work, mini fridge was empty. They charge a “convenience” fee for room service although it’s all inclusive? The food was terrible. The shower head in my bathroom was m...eant for someone 4 ft tall. I’m not exaggerating. I’m 5’9”. And I found cockroaches! Trust me. Stay away.

Resort is tired & need of a good refresh. Pool area was good , entertainment good Beach was good if you could find a day bed ( which needed some tlc) drink service avail or self service at Breeze bar. Foo...d was ok - I found the kids buffet had a better selection, fresher and better layout
