I enjoyed my stay in Mexico ???? but the hotel really needs upgrades and better quality of food and choices

Ok, I stayed here as I was staying at another hotel for the same price, but I had to extend my stay, and it was the only hotel available. Let me start by saying that this hotel was dirty; my room was not clean and had no towels, the refrigerator was broken, and I did not have cold drinks and even tried to charge for the ice. The service was awful, even though I tipped. The food was not worth it. I have stayed in many hotels, including the Hilton, which is not a Krystal Hotel, and the service and food are ten times better. I was not going to write a review, but the hotel called me after I left and told me they had to charge for room service, which I paid for towel cards and a bracelet I gave at check out. They wanted to charge my card—a total scam. I told them I would report it to my credit card company if they did. Management has a lot of work to do.
