On our recent 10 day all inclusive holiday in Puerto Vallarta, staying at Sunscape, we would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge some of the staff that went above and beyond to make our stay here ...very memorable. At the TIKI TAKO restaurant, Alejandro AND Jose. You put on quite a show for us with your expertise in making Spanish Coffee! What a great way to finish off and excellent Mexican meal. So enjoyable, we enjoyed it three times! To Roberto - the master salesman, and entertainer! Talked us in to three massages on the beach with very experienced professional masseuses! To Coral - the receptionist at (check in) Was very helpful in answering questions and helping us with our return flight tickets. To Gabriel from Nextours. Was very helpful in booking our tour to the RODEO a very enjoyable evening of entertainment, fun,and a fabulous authentic Mexican Feast. The only thing we would like to address, is the placement of the room safe. Not sure if all rooms are equipped this way but ours was on the floor. It was dark and hard to see. When we got down to see what we were doing it was a little iffy-if we were going to get up or not. All in all a great stay. Thank you all so much. Four Gals from Canada ????

Your wheelchair access is terrible. I could only access 1/4 of your resort and all your Rams are too steep. However, your staff is awesome, especially Christian I would recommend that when you do renovat...ions you focus on wheelchair access. You only had two rooms that were wheelchair accessible. That is terrible.
