Rooms always clean, great food & service in the lobby bar. This time we experienced an issue with a shuttle driver who was less than pleasant to say the least. The situation was quickly diffused by David C. On the front desk. This young man needs to teach hospitality courses! We went from feeling like we’d never return to this hotel, to looking forward to our next encounter with David.

Always nice to stay there be it for work or personal while traveling the hotel is nice and close to destinations and casino is a walk away with amazing food and reasonable prices. The shuttle service at Hyatt is accommodating and able to go to multiple places

I recently stayed at this Hyatt property and left feeling disappointed and misled. Upon arrival, I was charged a $100 pet fee, which is considerably higher than at other hotels I’ve visited and, most importantly, was not mentioned on the Hotels.com listing where I booked. For a brand like Hyatt, I would expect full transparency, especially for charges like this. I travel frequently, staying at hotels 50 to 60 times a year, and I value honesty and clarity in pricing. This experience left a negative impression and has made me reconsider staying with the Hyatt brand in the future. Travelers with pets should be aware of this policy, as it significantly impacted my overall experience. If Hyatt is charging such high fees for pets, it would be fair to make this clear on all booking platforms. Unfortunately, I felt blindsided upon check-in, which tarnished an otherwise good stay.

Very convenient shuttle pickup from the airport. Clean and large room. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a dinner and breakfast at the hotel before leaving to the next destination. Because the surrounding of the hotel is almost empty, it is quiet for sleeping.

No water, no slippers, no tooth brush and amenities and even coffee machine wasn’t working. Front office staff could be better with a smile. The morning breakfast and the staffs in the restaurant was really good. Overall not up to the expectations.
