Great location—close to everything we needed during our stay, including restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It was very convenient to explore the area without needing to drive far. The neighborhood ...felt safe and walkable, which added to the overall comfort of our experience. That said, the price is noticeably higher compared to other Airbnb options in the same area. While the unit included most of the essentials, we expected a bit more in terms of value given the premium rate. For the same price, we’ve stayed at nearby places that offered additional touches like a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, or perks such as complimentary early check-in or late check-out flexibility.

Average Marriott level hotel in a high value location, quiet with a view if you pay for a room facing the 3 Sisters. Priced $$$$ for that, not for the room or facility. Small bathroom, no tub to soak in ...after a long day. Blah, forgettable room and public spaces. Location in Canmore is excellent to trails, downtown, ect.

The bathrobes and slippers are wonderful for travelling to and from the pool/hottub I appreciate the bear spray at the concierge desk. It’s nice to have access for a hike The bed is so comfortable Plenty... of towels and toiletries Love the refill of water daily

There is a lot of construction going on right now at this hotel, but it only happens during business hours, so just make sure you are away during that time (aka jack hammers). The Sterling is a GREAT plac...e to get food and you'll love everything you have. Our shower had an odd smell, but I'm sure it'll be a quick fix of snacking to make it go away. Overall, great place to stay and beautiful views (see photos). You really can't have a room with a bad view! We stayed right over the entry way of the hotel and got to see both west and east mountain ranges.

The location, the views, the staff, the most comfy beds and of course the added touch of the robe for poolside cover or walking around your room and then there are the slippers that you can use and take ho...me :) The reasons are innumerable and we have been coming here every year for the past 3 years and will continue. I always select mountain view and all the rooms are perfect as we have staying in a queen room, king room and king suite. The balcony for a view and coffee in the morning or for an evening beverage. Of note, we have staying in March then April and this year May...there is no difference in the time of year as it is truly amazing to stay at the Malcolm.
