The staff are impeccable! They do everything they can to make your stay great. Everything is clean, replenished and service with a smile. The bar staff really create a fantastic vibe with people. We watch...ed two weddings happen there during our stay and those pictures looked incredible! Once again, the staff ran around to ensure that all needs were met. They must really focus on hiring a certain type of person and training them well. We will definitely stay again.

My family and I had an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The kids loved the playroom—it quickly became their favorite spot. The hot tub was a perfect way to rel...ax, and the breathtaking room view made our experience even more special.

Nice hotel, lovely staff. The outdoor pool needs to be 5-10 degrees warmer to be comfortable. I would go back in summer. Room service menu is the same as the dining room. Most meals are large enough for... two adults to share. The onsite coffee shop is very good.

We had a loud noise coming from the vent all night long that kept us up all night, it was reported in the middle of the night, they wanted to send someone to check, but we had a dog in the room and didn’t ...want to get it worked up. We took a video of the loud noise and showed the front desk, but all was compensated was a late check out fee for 12;00 at 50.00

Check in was great, next morning none of the plug-ins worked, coffee maker didn’t work, mattress needed to be replaced, we found the hotel was showing its age. We spent three days there, the staff was ama...zing. Can’t say enough about the Stirling lounge and dining room, staff were amazing, as well the food was great. We enjoyed every meal we had there.
