The hotel is located very conveniently near downtown Canmore, walking distance to restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly and concierge was a delight to work with, very detailed and great communication. The hotel chef was able to prepare boxed lunches for the next day as many hikes were out of the area. The pool/hot tub area was beautiful and service was fantastic. Check in was a breeze even though I did arrive early. The room was quiet and the hotel was very clean. It was a great experience.

This is our favorite hotel in Canmore! The location and amenities can't be beat! We really love the pool and hot tub. Had a very delicious dinner on the patio-highly recommend the French Onion Soup! Rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I really like walking into town and not worrying about paying for parking.

Everything was top notch. Beautiful proprerty. Pool a little small and smaller than it appears in photos. Extra charge for a late checkout seem a bit much but overall a nice experience.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Walk to town centre. Short drive to Banff. Incredible mtn views from the pool and hot tubs. Friendly staff with knowledgeable concierges. Free, easy to access underground parking. Bed sheets, towels, and robes were extremely comfortable. This hotel checked every box for us.
