Hotel is fabulous, however, it is very isolated. It costs $50 into Cancun, unless you can negotiate a deal with your travel agent. The hotel needs to look at this . Possibly an hotel shuttle, wi5h a cost. Food is wonderful. The staff are extremely attentive. Th3 cocktail bar is great . Rogelio not only mixes amazing cocktails, but does it whist throwing bottles all over the place . Particularly loved the beach. It is cleaned every morning. Love the iguanas. Much better than the pidgins we get at home. We paid for Privilege and we felt i5 was worth it. We have had a great holiday.

We spent 7 nights at this beautiful resort. Everything is amazing right from the check in , we had privileged room that gave us extra amenities but you don’t have to , we had breakfast and dinner most nights at Bloved restaurant. I would like to thank chef David and his team for doing an amazing service. But also at the buffet, the grill , Ayami, mamma mia, everyone made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you so much Catalonia Costa mujeres . The shows at night were beyond our expections, they do such an good job . Every show was very unique. We will definitely come back in the future .

First let me say… Wilberto in the buffet restaurant was awesome!!! We made sure we were in his area every morning. Super Mario and Lorenzo from Ayami were so entertaining! It was so fun and the food was awesome! They were great! Every place we ate was so good. Francisco and all the other bartenders at the Lobby bar were great and served up great drinks! Eva made sure our room was perfect every day! Mario at the front desk helped us out so much when our flight was cancelled because of the storm. Mattias had us ready to go when USA Transfers picked us up. Thank you to everyone there that made our trip so awesome. We enjoyed every second there. Kudos to everyone there that worked so hard to keep us all happy and comfortable during the (Helen) storm that went through this past week. You all are the best! We will definitely be back! Great resort and great people! Thank you for making our trip so awesome!

Guillermo, Lorenzo an David were amazing! The best team ever! The food was also very good, the servers answered all our needs and the ambiance was wonderful. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend it to everyone! Ten out of ten!

Lorenzo is the best and server giovanni is so good. Guillermo also so good . I would recommand that to everyone in the city of mexico. I like my experience so must. My friend tommy is so gay. The vino tinto was good too. Why are you gay ? Who said im gay ? Youe are gay ?
