Fantastic holiday. Stayed middle of May myself, daughter and granddaughter . was very nice hotel all staff was polite and very helpful, buffet restaurant you was always spoilt for choice didn't matter ...if it was breakfast, lunch or evening meal always a good choice of food and plenty of it available, there are other restaurants you can book at each morning at 8am we went to Wayne's boots steaks and chicken was really tasty and also the Mexican restaurant was very nice. The snack bar was really good the burgers was really nice my granddaughter always managed to eat 3 burgers/ buns and fries each day she's only 8 years old. All the cocktails I had was very nice and tasty and you can have your drinks in the Stanley like cups which is a bonus to keep your drinks cold. Tea, coffee available all day in reception area. Plenty of sun loungers but you do get groups of people taking double to what they need putting 10 towels in the sun and 10 in the shade and putting towels out at 6am each morning. The only little complaint is the changing of towels in the room was a bit hit and miss we always used our bath towel 2 or 3 times before we would leave them to be exchanged, it was the floor mat that wasn't replaced it would be taken away ant not replaced, hand towels would be taken away and replaced a few days afterwards and also face flannels . That little bit of complaint didn't spoil our holiday or our experience of the hotel out of all the inclusive holidays I've been on this has been the best for quality and choice of food spoilt for choice.

Cancun is a fantastic place. Hotel was nice. My advice is make sure you have enough cash for tips. Jesus was amazing helping us at check out. We was in a very long que and Jesus took our suitcases and che...cked out for us whilst we relaxed and finished our holiday. Amazing place!
