Love this place! The staff here is what makes it so fun and warm. Love Gabriel at the adult pool. And Jesus the bellman. Rubicel at La palapa. Oscar at La piaza for breakfast. Had an amazing time as always. Very relaxing and wonderful trip with family.

Do not stay here While the staff were wonderful everything else was awful. The food was not good at all, at the buffet or restaurants. And long lines at the buffet. No hot water They didnt come to clean pur rooms till after 3, when we were trying to get ready for dinner. Coffee was just a crap cappuccino machine in the lobby. We would leave towels on the floor to be changed out and they would just hang them back up, would not give us more than 3 towels. No hand towels or wash cloths or floor mats Shampoo was horrible and they did not provide conditioner or body wash. Floor in the halls was flithy, hair balls and tried up floor all week. Not many evening activities. Beds were hard as a rock. Stretchy people were around, they were not guests or employees but would hang out at the bar and stare and take pictures and videos of teen girls and young women, felt very unsafe When I would call for assistance (towels, broken toilet and so on) no one would answer or I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I would have to go to the front desk and even then they rarely assisted.
