Can’t Trust Them

From being dishonest about prices to not being clear about what we're entitled to, the service here has been very subpar. Although the beach area is nice, it's hard to enjoy it when the majority of employe...es here look like they're in hell. Thought we could resolve our problems at the front desk but they rather kick us out than honor the price we were told since it "came from an agency" (we just called the number on the Dreams Sands website). Food and drinks are fairly average. Oftentimes the portion size is pretty small. The rooms are average as well. Honestly probably better to just pay more and stay at a nicer resort.

This was our second visit to the Dreams Sands Cancun. We came back for the beach and calm water in this protected bay. Clear turquoise water with no sea weeds. Excellent specialty restaurants, we particul...arly enjoyed the Portofino Italian and the Himitsu Asian restaurants. The sports entertainment team is phenomenal from volley ball to water sports, table tennis etc. Bryan from the entertainment team was the best. This place also has one the best evening daily entertainment shows compared to other all inclusive hotels we have been in Cancun.
