Sandra at the front desk was truly outstanding. Her warm smile and personality was a breath of fresh air after traveling all day. She ensured that our suite was gorgeous and assisted us by making dinner reservations for every night of our stay. She has played a monumental role in our vacation to Mexico especially for our first time to the country. Can’t wait to come back!

First time to Cancun. Found the hotel by accident, but the swim out pool caught my eye. If you are older, the Serenity Club is a must. You get more amenities than you realize. My husband and I will definitely be back.

A beautiful and comfortables resort, with good food, and friendly & welcoming staff. The reservations at the restaurants go by fast, so it’s better to plan ahead. Daily shows were a good touch. We had a great time. Will definitely visit again.

The restaurants are very good, nice people and delicious food. Everyone try to do your stay something special. Beautiful place, good drinks, nice rooms, beautiful beach. Only cons is there is a construction site near to hotel and abandon area close to hotel. Overall is a really nice place to go and close to airport.

Amazing!!! The place is clean,I highly recommend it, it is a wonderful place with very good choices of restaurants,The person in charge of helping us during our stay, Manny, is a great human being, the attention is excellent,In general, I would not hesitate to enjoy it again. All the staff at Haven Riviera Cancun are excellent.??
