Kevin was the best pool host by far. He was as great at customer service but was so much fun. He made sure sour needs were met. He would check on our group of 12 all through out the day. We felt like he wa...s part of our family by the time we left. Moises was the best pool drink host. We had swim out suites. Whether we were in the pool or swim outs he was always making sure we had drinks. They both made this trip so enjoyable!

I can't say enough about Haven Resort. We have visited a number of all-inclusive resorts and hands down, Haven Resort is the absolute best one we have even been to. From the moment we walked in, we felt li...ke royalty. Immediately meeting our amazing concierge, Miguel, our trip was turned into a true dream. He showed us around, made sure we were set all week with dinner reservations and made sure we knew about all of the amenities that we would probably not have known about without his tour. He checked in with us if not once a day, twice, and would show up at the Serenity pool just to make sure we had smiles on our faces. Which we always did. Speaking of the Serenity pool, we did not ever have to lift a finger while lounging in our cabana. Kevin, who never forgets a guest's name, makes you feel so special. He stops by, checks on us, asks about our family and talks to us like he has known us for years. Julian was always on top of making sure our drinks were never empty, our bellies were always full and that we were relaxed. Pedro, the amazing pool bartender, always knew our drink order and no matter how many customers he had at the bar, served everyone so fast and with such a great personality. There were so many others who made us feel like we were the only people at the resort, so I could go on and on. But, let me tell you, Miguel, Kevin, Julian and Pedro are the reason we will be planning another trip to your resort and bringing friends and family with us this time. They deserve "employee of the year" awards and raises! Truly the best employees a resort could ever ask for!

We visited Haven 5/3-5/9 of 2025 as first time guests. We've previously stayed at two Sandals resorts so were familiar with the all-inclusive experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in was a bree...ze and we were upgraded to a Serenity Club room. While they informed us that we would not be able to partake in all of the SC amenities, it was a fabulous location in building 8 which overlooks the SC pool area. We arrived around lunch and our room was immediately ready so we were escorted by golf cart to our room where Abraham showed us the features. We quizzed him about the SC amenities and if we could use them and he advised that while we "technically" weren't permitted in the pool area, we could probably get away with it. While we are not "rule breakers", we did use the SC pool daily with no issue and really enjoyed the location and bar service. Speaking of pools, we spent most of our time at the SC pool but also visited the round, quiet pool two times. The main/party pool was typically very busy during our stay and not really our vibe. Pools and bar service were superb at all of the locations we visited. In particular, Kevin the SC pool concierge, Pedro, the SC bartender and Julian, the SC pool waiter were very attentive and friendly. Kevin knew our names by day 2 and was sure to visit us each morning to make sure we had what we wanted for the day. We also visited the SC lounge in the main building for a night cap and light snack most nights. Adrian, the SC lounge bartender, knew our drink order as soon as we entered and was so kind. ALL staff that were encountered were so pleasant and engaging. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast all but our last morning when we got room service delivered. The buffet is small but has many choices and we especially enjoyed the omelette station. As far as restaurants, we visited Flavors Buffet, Satsu, Olios, Agua Bendita, and Vora Mar. All were solid choices but for service and food, we enjoyed Olios the best. We also hit up the Mistral snack bar during the day for a quick lunch and it was equally delicious. Drinks were well-made and used top-shelf liquor (likely a SC perk). On day 2, my wife and I agreed that we would DEFINITELY be making a return trip and would likely intentionally book SC just for the room location and restaurant upgrades. On a side note, while tips are not included or avoided here, it is never expected. We tipped generously to our room attendant, bar tenders and wait staff. They were very appreciative but I never felt like it was expected nor that they "served less" if you didn't tip. I felt this was worth noting as Sandals are specifically no-tip environments but I got the feeling like they were missing out and served as such. Haven is doing a fantastic job and we WILL be back!!

We had such an amazing time at Haven! We stayed in an Ocean view Serenity room for a 5 night stay. Highly recommend the upgrade to Serenity! Our concierge, Candido, was very attentive throughout and the ...food upgrades were definitely worth it! We loved the Serenity exclusive breakfast and lunches at Tahanis and Vistas! The place was super clean, everyone so friendly, and drinks were great-- especially Alex the mixologist outside the a la carte restaurants on the upper floor of the main lobby. In addition to Candido and Alex, we also loved the very attentive Serenity poolside waiters/bartenders Paulo, Adrian, and Levi. We will absolutely be back. I've travelled to many all inclusives throughout Mexico and the service and Serenity-upgraded food and drinks here were top notch!

If you want service, this is your resort! You also have your choice of experiences while you are there. There are quiet areas as well as party areas. We stayed in building VII Serenity Club with a partia...l ocean view and it was amazing. We are seasoned Mexican vacation people and I’ll give you the highlights we all want. Fantastic AC in the room; wonderful water pressure in showers; no mosquitos; comfortable beds with pillow menu; coffee delivered to our room every morning via the secret box so we were not awakened by knocks on the door. Our Butler, Paco, was exceptional! He scheduled all our reservations for the week on Day 1 making dining seamless. He checked on us every morning. I highly recommend Olios and Tahani Food & Show. The Hibachi cooking was delicious and fun! The Service people were top-notch. Michel, Ernesto, Julian and Blanca at the pool bar and deck service became our best amenity. They learned our likes and met our needs before we did. Always smiling and happy! The pool concierge, Degnar, went above and beyond the call of duty creating a beautiful sand art poolside when he heard we were celebrating recent retirements. If you like the BEST service, I would highly recommend upgrading to Serenity Club access.
