Absolutely incredible experience! This was the first time my family and I have visited both Cancun, and the Haven. I specifically wanted to write this review to give a huge shout out to the staff here at the Haven. To be specific, Paulo (shown in the photo below) Paco, Maria, Samuel, and Luis were 5 people that really made our experience truly special. It was genuinely hard to say goodbye to them after building such great relationships with them all. They are respectful, outgoing, kind, and extremely helpful. I truly hope we have an opportunity to visit the Haven again!

The staff here are what makes this resort excellent! Sharkboy did a fantastic job getting the guests involved in activities. Carlos recommended creative and fun drinks and Levi kept the drinks coming without having to ask. We would absolutely come to this resort again. The food was so amazing and the coffee cafe was a must every morning!

Levi and Carlos were amazing servers! Everyone at the resort works so hard to give you the best experience. They followed us to the beach and gave our group recommendations! Sharkboy brought the entertainment! So impressive that he is able to switch between Spanish and English on a dime. Perfect size for a chill trip! Nice beach with clear water with plenty of space and soft sand.

Everything was fantastic, especially my man Rafael at Olios. Olios is the fanciest food there and if you get Rafael he will take good care you! All the bartenders had a smile and a joke and knew how to make any drink. Highly recommend the swim out rooms with a view!

Rafael at Olios was amazing and thr food was incredible. Ale the chef is amazing at her job. Luis manages Olios wonderfully, we have no notes from our experience other than “go now!”. Every restaurant we tried was amazing but the service from Rafael was superb. Candido our butler was also absolutely top tier and I hope everyone gets to experience his services when they stay here. We are already planning our next trip here.
