Such a beautiful place! Food was excellent and everything was so clean. Impeccable service and special shout outs to Levi at the pool bar, Maria at the “haven” bar near the pool and Umberto for taking such good care of our group! We will be back soon!

I had an amazing stay at Haven, it was a perfect holiday. The hotel was very luxurious and elegant, with beautiful spaces. Especially the serenity pool. The rooms were spacious and equipped with every modern comfort. The dining experiences were top-notch, offering a variety of exquisite dishes, it FAR surpassed what I expected from an all inclusive! I have to highlight the amazing staff throughout, every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I have to particularly mention: Luci on the help desk, Sahel [pool concierge], Paloma, Degner and Tessa on service. They made our stay so special and comfortable. There is a party pool with music and games for those wanting a bit more lively stay, but, for me the serenity pool was perfect for my needs to have the most relaxing time. It was perfect. Every aspect of my stay reflected five-star quality, making it an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend.

*FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVED TOO THE TIME WE LEFT THE STAFF AT THE RESORT WAS OUTSTANDING. PAT AT THE FRONT DESK, SHOWED US THE RESORT AND TOOK US TO OUR ROOM AND EXPLAINED ALL THE THINGS TO DO AT THE RESORT. *WE ARRIVED LATER IN THE AFTERNOON ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 1ST, WHICH MEANS YOU GENERALLY MISSED DINNER AND HAVE TO ORDER ROOM SERVICE FOR DINNER, BUT THE CONCIERGE WAS ABLE TO GET US A TABLE AT THE MEXICAN STEAK HOUSE AND IT WAS VERY DELICIOUS. *ARTURO OUR WAITER AT THE BREAKFAST & LUNCH BUFFET WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND HELPFULL AND TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF US EACH TIME WE ATE THERE, HE WAS TOP NOTCH. *ALFREDO THE ACTIVITIES MANAGER WAS PHENOMENAL AND MADE SURE WE NEW ABOUT ALL THE ACTIVITIES THAT WERE AVAILABLE EACH DAY AND LED THE COOKING CLASS THAT I WAS ABLE TO MAKE QUACAMOLE IN. HIM AND TONY THE BOAT CAPTAIN ALSO HELPED US GET A SAILBOAT RIDE OUT INTO THE OCEAN AND EXPLAINED ALL THE INS AND OUTS OF THE AREA OF CANCUN. *SHARKBOY WAS ANOTHER GREAT ACITIVITIES STAFF WHO LED, AEROBICS, VOLLEYBALL AND KARAOKEE. HAS A LOT OF ENERGY AND LOVES HIS JOB AND THE PEOPLE HE INTERACTS WITH. *PEPE WAS ANOTHER ACTIVITY STAFF MEMBER WHO LED MEXICAN LOTTERIA, TRIVIA, AND WAS MC FOR MICHAEL JACKSON TRIBUTE, CASINO NIGHT, AND MAGIC SHOW. GREAT ATTITUDE AND LOVE FOR WHAT HE DOES. *FOOD IS TOP NOTCH AND THE SPA IS GREAT AND BOTH HAVE GREAT STAFF WHO MEET EVERY EXPECTATION OF EACH INDIVIDUALS NEEDS. ALWAYS MAKE SURE AND CHECK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES BEFORE EACH MEAL AND THE SPA ALWAYS MAKE SURE THEY ARE APPLYING THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF PRESSURE DURING YOUR MASSAGE. I KNOW I PROBABLY FORGOT SOMEONE BUT THIS RESORT IS VERY NICE AND ALL THE STAFF ARE GREAT AND THE FACILITY AND ALL AREAS ARE VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. IF YOU WANT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND TO BE TAKEN WELL CARE OF HAVEN RIVIERA CANCUN IS YOUR DESTINATION.

Pepe was great! Bingo not your grandma's bingo. Get ready for tequila shots!!!! Enjoying the experience here as I write this review! We got here today and so far the people are great and the drinks are better than most resorts we've been to. Definitely worth considering if you're heading to the cancun area!

Highly recommend a visit to this amazing resort, definitely upgrade to Serenity and enjoy the fabulous Serenity Only restaurant Tahani. You will receive the most amazing service from the hostess Tessa and the mimosa cart with Angel and Ermelito. Service and food is 10/10
