A Perfect Stay at Hyatt Ziva Cancun – Especially in the Turquoise Tower! I stayed at Hyatt Ziva Cancun in April and had an absolutely amazing experience. What made the trip truly special was the incredibl...e staff. A huge thank you to our phenomenal butlers, Rubelsi and Roman—they went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. We also had wonderful interactions with Juliana and Sarai at the rooftop pool—so kind and attentive—and bartenders Marcos and Welmer kept the drinks flowing with great service and smiles. The food across the resort was excellent, but Habaneros stood out as our favorite. Fresh, flavorful, and right by the beach—it doesn’t get better than that. There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like about our stay. I highly recommend Hyatt Ziva Cancun, especially for anyone considering an adults-only experience—be sure to book a room in the Turquoise Tower. The elevated service, exclusive amenities, and peaceful vibe made it truly worth it. Can’t wait to come back!

Great service, food, beaches and pools. Needs a bit more entertainment throughout the day and better music around the resort and clubs at night but overall a nice place to visit. Staff is very pleasant and... accommodating. Have been here twice the only drawback is it needs a bit more entertainment and activities throughout the day and night for adults.
