The best bartender in the resort!! I recommend Gabby and salvador from the ginger bar. Those guys are amazing. They made our vacation the BEST!!! The best drinks??????. Hopefully come soon and see the same bartender and the same waitress.!!!

Samuel was our server at Cielo and was fabulous! Great food, great atmosphere and Samuel was so attentive! He made sure that we were enjoying everything and made our experience fabulous. We’ll be back! Paradisus has been the most amazing resort!

Samuel at Cielo was incredible. Made our last night so special. And the food at Cielo was the best at the resort. Try out the corn and the lamb dish, and ask for a spicy margarita. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, including Didier at the pool who made our whole stay and days by the pool perfect.

Delicious food and great service by melvin for our first night in Cancun. Hope to be back again during our stay. Really enjoyed the enchiladas, braised lamb and the churros. The mango daiquiri is also very nice. Paradisus is a great place to stay

I have been going to the Paradisus Cancun for over 20 years( even when this hotel was called the Gran Melia) and our October 2023 trip was my 3rd time this year!!! I am scheduled to returno n February 16, 2024 and I am an extensive traveller with my family. This year alone, I have been on 7 vacations and I plan at least 2 more visits to Paradisus Cancun beyond my Feb trip. The reason that I always return to this wonderful hotel is not only the great location, the amazing food or the contemporary and traditional decor, but rather the wonderful staff that I have come to know. Every time I return there, we get treated like family. Many of the staff remember us from our frequent visits and the Paradisus Cancun has by far the best staff that I have ever seen of any hotel that I have been to. A worthy mention to the following amazing people who make our stays memorable : Poolside- Joel and Moises at the Reserve really go the extra mile to take care of us. We couldnt ask for better service. These two should be taken aside and commended for their outstanding service. As well, Ruben, Oscar, Valeria are absolutely fantastic to us. At the Yha spa, Freddy and Julian are the absolute best to us. Julian always is attentive and so pleasant to us every time we go there. He is wonderful to take care of every single detail and he makes the spa so enjoyable. At Aqua Marina restaurant, Carlos and Armando are phenomenal. Top class service. As well, Jesus, Christine and Francisco made my wife feel amazing at our dinner at Aqua Marina when we celebrated her birthday. Sal restauarant is always our favorite. Our last waiter was Juan who was absolutely so warm and welcoming. He made our meal so enjoyable that we went back the following night. Another time, Yostin took care of us and gave us superlative service. My wife loves the Italian restaurant and Gerardo and Xavier really took care of all her there. First class all the way. And finally, Nury was our last courtesy maid....unbelieble service. She made our room extra special, especially when we celebrated our anniversary there. Diego as the head of food services always welcomes us with big smiles and amazing service. Best wishes to you, Sir. Lastly, but definitely not lease- a special thank you to Galdino for being our wonderful Resrve Butler. We ALWAYS request him as he takes our vacations over the top. Wouldnt have it any other way. As you can see, I dont think that you will find anyone who visits the Paradisus Cancun more than my family. We are looking forward to our February 2024 trip.
