I got a massage at the Yhi Spa! I highly recommend stopping in while you enjoy your stay in Cancun! Carmen was absolutely kind and gave an amazing elemental massage! I highly recommend booking a massage wi...th her and enjoying the spa experience (cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, the works!)

The absolute best resort in Cancun but it wouldn't be the best without it's staff...Galdino is A1 the best concierge,goes out of his way for everyone. Omar my 5 Guys guy,Emanuel for his conversation, Jose ...our man with the plan,Oscar,Miguel,Javier,Jacob,Valeria,Caesar,Gemma,Gabriela at Sante and the pool that never missed a beat.Julio at the Reserve Cafe always kind and courteous, Alexandro and Luiz at the pool bar..oooha oooha..the best.Karina and Abraham at Ginger bar...and last but not least the 1st face we see at the reception bar..Oscar with the ice cold Sol..Thank you to everyone for the best vacation and hope to see you all again after the renovations ??????

Attn: mngr Adriana; We came in for a late dinner at around 9. The food was great. The drinks were the best we’ve had at the resort. Our service from Aldrin was phenomenal. Super fast and amazing. We will 1...00% be coming back and have yet to experience anything close to Aldrins service. :)

This would be our sixth stay at the Reserve at Paradisus and as usual the experience was awesome! We have been talking to our friends about how great this place is. We had them join us this year and they ...were so impressed with the service from the staff and atmosphere. As always we were greeted by our Concierge Galdino with hugs and a smile. Like I said this was our sixth year. We have made some great friendships with the staff. Our restaurant and pool servers were top notch as always. Shout out and 5 stars to Oscar, Julio, Valeria, Cesar, Ishmael, Francisco and the rest of the group. Another 5 stars to our pool concierge David for always having us set up for the day at the Bali beds!!! We are sure hoping to see all of our staff/friends next year!!!
