Ignacio and Daniel at Sal is excellent!!!! We had a fabulous meal. Great service!!!! Everything was soooo good. We enjoyed the evening and Ignacio could not have been better. Loved it!!! We are definitely coming back before we leave to celebrate my birthday and my sister and BILs 55th anniversary!!!

The staff at Paradesus Cancún are the most amazing people I have ever met in the service industry. I want to name check David and victor at the poolside and the wait staff in Pyramid 5. Also- Daisy is lovely! She makes every day by the pool more fun. ????

Had a lovely birthday trip and can't say enough about how great the staff are! I stayed at the Reserve (adult only) and it was fantastic. Enrique was my Concierge and was 10/10! He was so thoughtful for my birthday and his communication every day was excellent (even on his day off!). Flora was my favourite restaurant and Cinthia (and her best friend female server) were outstanding. Fanny made me feel so welcome each time and chef Jose cooks amazing food! The two ladies at the Reserve pool area (Gabby and the other lady) were also excellent. Highly recommend.

The resort is beautiful, and had a wonderful fragrance throughout the property. My concierge Enrique was awesome and very attentive. He even made sure I had beautiful decorations for my birthday. Great staff, food, and drinks! Special shout out to Julio at the reserve bar & Oscar! I am a Meliá member so I’ll definitely be back! PS. If you’re traveling without kids, book the reserve all adult side!

Ivonn Alberto was so kind. We had the buffet at Malia Dinner and it was actually really tasteful for a buffet! Would recommend trying it out if you visit this hotel. It’s the only place open as well without reservation requirements. Thank you,
