There were so many fun activities, always had something to do! The staff were amazing, and very friendly and very helpful! Especially Alexander and Luigi! I will definitely be coming again and recommend an...yone wanting to have a fun trip with family or friends to come as well!

Super fun place. Lit. With lots of activities. Super fun Vibe team great drinks, great service. Luigi and Alexander did great and were super helpful. Will defiantly be coming back to this fantastic resort ...here in Cancun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the drinks, food, and amenities were fantastic. I have to give a special shout out to the entire vibe team especially for alexander, Nelly, Luigi, Fernando, Joss they made the games at the pool a blast sup...er impressed. the parties in taboo were also something you can not miss

Best resort, amazing service and entertainment. Our entertainment team was very friendly and Alexander, Fernanda and Luigi made our stay the best! Love royalton! The resort was extremely clean and smelled ...good all the time. Staff always made sure we had enough drinks and were satisfied with everything

Let’s start with the positives! If we could take our butler, Arturo home with us we would! He was AMAZING! He was thorough, kind, and prompt, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we nee...ded. We will miss his smile and good spirit. -Beach is beautiful with powdery sand -Diamond pool is nice but gets shady by mid afternoon -Coffee cafe is great - very yummy lattes! -Spa services were fantastic Some negatives that were consistent and some continued to worsen for us were the following: -Lack of housekeeping (not consistent) -Nightly turn down service happened 2x on a 5 night stay -Ceiling fan in room not working - reported multiple times. -Door handle into toilet fell off -Food was “meh” for most meals - not horrible at all. But we were never blown away by an amazing meal. -Elevators are S L O W -Minimal food options poolside (other AI resorts set up huge spreads for guests)
