Had a great time staying at the Royalton CHIC in Cancun. My friends and I opted in for the Diamond Club package and we were assigned Arturo and Ricardo as our butlers. They were both very attentive each da...y, quick to respond to questions and requests, and kept us up to date with the latest activities. Highly recommend them!

Second time at Royalton Chic in Cancún, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. Very nice, clean, well kept resort. Very nice maintained beach with security officers closely nearby. Good food which is gen...erally fresh, generous buffet, decent drinks. Special shout out to Gilbert and Marisol, our Diamond Club butlers who gave good recommendations on local places to go and help us obtain transportation. They were very easy to get a hold of, quick to respond. Also special mention of: Christian and Sergio - Diamond Club poolside bartenders. Very attentive, they remember what you like! Edgar - server at Vespa (Italian). Very good at what he does. Very attentive. Makes great food and tequila recommendations. All arms great guy! For a great local restaurant…I’d recommend Los Amigos, a very quaint, intimate Mexican restaurant which is a 5-minute safe walk from the resort. I would, however, recommend AGAINST Harry’s. Unfortunately, we had a pretty rough experience for a place where you’re spending nearly $200/person. I’ll be sure to return to Royalton again in the future!

100/10 .. Stay here! Best resort! Lots of fun here.. great food, great service. Offers options with restaurants and bars. This is a party resort so be prepared to party! Drinks floating around so don’t wor...ry you will be able to get drinks whenever and get whatever!

A la cartes, buffets and takeouts were wonderful. Bars and servers were good and very accessible.. we had butler service, too. Big shoutout to Omar and Stef who were, quite frankly, there for us from Day O...ne. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Awesome team. Facilities, including restaurants, corridors and decks were spotless and well-maintained. The beach butlers were certainly a surprising touch. Special shoutout to Carlos. Great views, wonderful beach and, throughout the facility, helpful and cheerful staff. Elevators were a bit on the slow side but, hey, we were on vacation and never in a rush. Entertainment was really good with a special shoutout to the Earth Hour entertainers, especially the acrobats. We hope to be back some day.

Amazing trip, food was excellent, butler Gilbert and Marisol were amazing ! Beautiful resort , very well maintained . Lots of daily activities , had a great time during paint tour hat night . Circus night... show was really good and entertaining. If you visit the flee market beware of scamming . They will offer you tequila shots and get you drunk and try to take advantage of you .
