After five years, my husband and I returned to the Hyatt Zilara Cancún, where we spent our honeymoon in 2019 , and the experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we checked in, we were treated like family. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We'd like to give special thanks to Luis at check-in for starting our stay on the perfect note, and Jose for his excellent room service and help with our baggage. Rafael at Marie Marie Restaurant, Martin, Ivan, and Camilo at Asiana, and Hugo at Punta Vista Restaurant ensured every meal was a delight. Victor and Reyes (and actually, Reyes remembered my husband and I from five years ago!) made the pool area a relaxing escape, while Fernando with the pool towels added a personal touch. Charlie from entertainment kept things lively, and Bertha at the spa was the nicest and sweetest lady we’ve ever met! Lastly, a big thanks to Carlos, the photographer, and Ivan at the Time Out Sports Bar (best drinks ever!) for capturing and creating memorable moments. We also want to thank Jair, who went above and beyond in helping us at the time of leaving, making our departure just as memorable as the rest of our stay. Everyone made our visit so special and personal—it truly felt like coming home. We can’t recommend the Hyatt Zilara Cancún enough for its exceptional service and the wonderful team who made our stay unforgettable. Thank you all for making our return visit just as magical as our honeymoon! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic dining experience. Good service, good quality food. Mohan Chef was very pleasant and surprised us. We had expected highly to begin with, and these expectations were more than met. Very happy overall, and would love to come back.

Received excellent service as always at Zilara. The staff makes the hotel what it is by the service they provide with a smile. Ligia, Ricardo (bartender), Daniela, Humberto, Arturo (Chuy), Eliseo, Noe (Marie Marie), Luis Muniz, Eduardo (Bartender), Ernesto (Mixology), Ivan (Time Out), Ivan Rivera, David Rosas, Felipe (Bartender) Reyes, Erasmo and Wendy (Mgt). These folks were exceptional in providing excellent service.

This was my first solo trip and truly the BEST trip of my life—an absolute DREAM! ? All thanks to the amazing staff, the Zilara family, who made every moment so special. The atmosphere, the energy, the love, and the care they bring each and every day isn't just seen—it's felt. Every greeting comes with a beautiful smile and a hand on the heart, a gesture so genuine that it spreads like magic among all the guests. Before I knew it, I was placing my hand on my heart and smiling at others too, sharing that same contagious energy. My room was meticulously cleaned and cared for twice a day. One evening, I returned to find my sheets pulled back, chocolates on the bed, and two beautiful roses placed in a water bottle by my bedside. It was these small, thoughtful touches that filled my heart with so much joy throughout the trip. This experience sparked something deep within me. I started journaling, carrying my notebook everywhere I went because every moment felt precious, and I wanted to remember it all. This trip was more than just a vacation—it was legendary, **UN SUEÑO** come to life. Empowering people from all over the world to move their bodies while having fun in the paradise of Cancun was a highlight. I met the most incredible people, full of love and support, and ate the most delicious seafood and desserts that were nothing short of phenomenal. The hospitality from the @hyattzilaracanc family was unmatched. They truly make the resort feel like a second home, making it almost impossible to leave. This trip kickstarted a whole new realm of possibilities for me—mentally, physically, and spiritually. My mind, body, and soul were refreshed in ways I never expected, and this is just the beginning. Big thanks to @fitnessvacationexchange for giving me the opportunity to live out my dream. This is the first of many more to come. This trip will forever hold a special place in my heart. ?????
