Loved this resort. No hidden costs, no fine print to read. I would go back over and over again. Just manage your expectations with the food and entertainment. It is more for the mature crowd and I am older than 35. The food could use some of their season and spices for sure.

Our recent stay @ Hyatt Zilara was not as great as expected based on many previous experiences, due to the premium liquor variety or lack thereof, as well as reduced restaurant options and respective menus. Nevertheless, I would like applaud ALL the resort employees for their attentive service, consideration, friendliness and hospitality. We came here for our honeymoon, and it was our first trip to Cancun. We upgraded to the presidential suite on arrival, and it was the best choice we ever made. The first thing we did when we got here was the "Romantic Escape" couples massage, and it was an amazing way to start our trip. The whole spa complex is super nice, and you can get full packages or just individual services. Everything about this place is just incredible. The staff is absolutely wonderful, super friendly, and willing to help with anything you might need. The rooms are cleaned daily, multiple times even, and the rest of the hotel is meticulously maintained. The beach and pools are amazing and so relaxing, and the staff will come to YOU to see if you need anything. The hotel puts on multiple events and games every single day, so there's always something to do aside from soaking up the sun. The restaurants are varied and delicious. We HIGHLY recommend doing the "Chef's Plate" multi-course dinner experience. We were waited on by Noe and Mateo who were so friendly and helpful, and our chef, Ulises, made some of the most incredible food we've ever had. The concierges were so kind and helpful with any questions we had or anything we needed. We were specifically helped by Ingrid and Ana, who are both extremely responsive and willing to assist with whatever we needed. Whatever reason you're coming to Cancun, this is the place you wanna stay. Just be careful because you may never want to leave.

Went to the Zen Spa! It is one of the best spas I have ever been to and I have been to many! Our spa Valet was Hilda she was very helpful. We did dry sauna wet sauna, a cold plunge, a hot tub. A pool with many things to do in it. Then the best part we had amazing couples Massage from Maria and Patty!! 80 minutes of relaxation!! It was perfect! I highly recommend you try it. The pricing is very good for 80 min also!! Love Hyatt Zilara and all their employees. They all go above and beyond to make you happy!! Best place to Stay in Cancun!!
