Bertha was wonderful. So kinda and knowledgeable. This was my first experience at the spa and I was pleasantly suprised at how nice it was. The sauna, steam room, and the shower area were my favorites in addition to my spa experience. I had an awesome experience with Bertha in the spa. Thank you Hyatt Zilara for Bertha.

Our family had an enjoyable stay at the Zilara. The resort is quite dated but as the other reviewers have mentioned, the property will be undergoing a complete renovation in April, 2025. The staff at the Zilara is incredible! I want to give a special shout out to Pepe in the fitness center, Ivan at the pool, Luis in the coffee shop and Luca at Spice.

Another year has passed with another great visit to the Hyatt Zilara Cancun ! We were 2 of a group of 17 that were all together to celebrate the passing of one of our friends.The staff are so exceptional,food and accommodations were great and the evening shows spectacular especially Mexican night and White night! I would like to recognize the following people who have made our visits special over the past 16 years of stays - Ligia - server Victor - server,Janet - server,Abimael - server,Javier - server,Jose - server,Daniella - server,Reyes - server,Roberto - waiter,Arturo - waiter,Oscar along with the rest of concierge team,Lenin - lifeguard,Ivan and David pool managers,Juan - bar manager,David and Onesimo - baggage handlers along with all the amazing captains. We heard the hotel will be closing April to November for upgrades and hopefully if we get to come back again all these wonderful staff members will still be there ! The hotel manager Mr. Rojas is a very attentive and engaging person with both staff and customers ! Another great holiday !

We were at Hyatt Zilara for Thanksgiving week and had a lovely time. It's the perfect resort for Couples. The food was great, we especially liked the Asian restaurant. The yoga, pilates and pool activities were excellent. The lap pool was a unique treat for those of us who like to swim laps to workout . I was impressed by the night time entertainment, as I wasn't expecting a whole lot. The Elvis impersonator was top notch! The shower in the room was great. I hope to come back every year to enjoy this wonderful resort!

Great destination for adults. Excellent and nutrition balanced meals everyday in all the restaurants. Clean and well maintained pools and beaches. Professional and courteous staffs who will go out their ways to make your trip to be enjoyable and memorable.
