We love Alejandra from the main Buffet if you're looking for great service always look for her! She is amazing! She's always on the go ready to help. And very smart! She's working from 7am to 3pm. Make sur...e to come and see her as she rotates her station!

Nice hotel. Good variety of food. Freshly cooked. Few restaurants to pick from. We tried Asian, an Italian , snack bar and all you can eat buffet. At the beach plenary of space to stay in sun or shade. Arm...ando waiter at the beach was the best 10/10. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at the SeaDust Cancun Family Resort! The resort is beautiful, clean, and full of fun activities for all ages. The pools are incredible, and the ocean view is simply breathtaking. On...e of the highlights of our trip was the outstanding service we received by the pool. A special shoutout to Abimael, our poolside server, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was friendly, professional, and always had a big smile. His attention to detail and great attitude truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, SeaDust, for a wonderful stay — and thank you, Abimael, for your excellent service! We can’t wait to come back!

Disappointed After 8 Years – Quality Has Dropped Significantly We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and had a wonderful experience, so we were excited to return. Unfortunately, this time was a major disapp...ointment, and it seems the overall quality has significantly declined. The room was not well-maintained. The bathroom had a persistent bad odor, especially in our room, and the air conditioning broke down on the first night, making it impossible to sleep due to the heat. Dining was inconsistent. While the buffet was fine, the steakhouse served very low-quality meat, and the pizza at the Italian restaurant was inedible. On a positive note, the Samurai restaurant was excellent, and the Mexican restaurant was also good, though it was difficult to get a reservation and uncomfortably hot inside. Surprisingly, the hamburgers by the pool were among the best things we ate during our stay. The service was always friendly and helpful, and the night entertainment was enjoyable, especially for the kids. However, the heat was unbearable everywhere, which made it difficult to enjoy the activities. A major letdown was the downgrade in drink options. During our previous visit, Johnny Walker Black was available throughout our stay. This time, we were told only Johnny Walker Red was offered, yet it was never available at any of the bars. We also experienced a troubling incident at the beach bar, where we saw the bartender drinking leftover margaritas. To make matters worse, when we ordered a margarita for my wife, it was served with a piece of paper inside—completely unacceptable and unhygienic. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially in comparison to our fond memories from years ago. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we would not consider returning. A Disappointing Return After 8 Years

First off I went with high hopes on my 5th day the power went out not to mention the top floors balcony as dripping water onto my balcony they dont allow you to bring food to your room from the buffet you ...have PAY for room service( I bough an all inclusive stay) then they took 4 HOURS to refill my mini fridge even though we called 3 times THE CART WAS ON OUR FLOOR not many activities but the wifi here is good also they took an hour to bring our suit cases I feel like a karen writing this review but I dont think this is the best hotel to stay at ALSO the elevators never work or just take years to come get you (the fries are good)
