Great family vacation

Great family resort. Food and service was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Alfredo Gil treated us every morning and and lunch with a smile on his face. He treated my family like his own. Activities were fun at the pool every day and the evenings were full of entertainment.

This hotels food was NOT good at all. The hotel appt was nice but is not. The beach is very small. Not a good experience
Amazing hotel and staff

What a fantastic hotel food is amazing very clean and tidy David Yepez the manager is amazing nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The servers , Carlos, Alfredo, Alyn and Maria are just simply the best. There is nothing I can fault about the hotel food or holiday.

Front desk reception had a horrible attitude. This hotel is old and gross. There’s only one pool and a small patch of sand for the “beach” do NOT BOOK HERE
A Needed Vacation

Great trip, clean resort, clean rooms, comfortable, more for families. The bar closes at 11pm so it’s a quiet at night. The hotel staff is really amazing - Iyalya, Jose, Alex, Damien, Brisa, Geraldo, Carlos and so many more (I wish I could remember them all). They all made me feel at home.
