I would definitely recommend Occidental Costa. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary at this resort. Our room was beautiful decorated, champagne and strawberries. The staff were courteous, friendly and very humble. Lots of food, drinks especially tequilas! Big shout out to our friends Vanili and Yvette for their hospitality and service ????

All the staff in the hotel were so friendly I always felt welcomed, they always made sure we had everything we need, the food was nice and the entertainment team were the best a special thank you to Fatima Beverly and Paulina !!! Who made sure we always had fun by the pool although I never won haha I had so much fun. Thank you to Juanita the best drink runner who always made sure we had our favourite drinks and kept the pool area clean from cups that people leave out, she was so friendly.

I been over 10 years living im mexico and mostly of the times i like to spend my time at day pass on differents resort. This time i tried Occidental Costa Cancun and i discovered a favorite new place. Service from the entrance at the lobby with security and front desk is so kind, as well the recepcionists are super friendly (alexa and ariadna) got me all the information about day pass and what to use or where to go and eat. Sheyla as well was really helpful when i asked her to show me where it was the towel stand. The waiters service around the pool is a 10/10 i like to talk with the servers, i even practiced some spanish with them. Food was okay but i think that could be a bit better. I just feel that the entertaiment could improve better for envolved all ages. They need to be more spontaneus and extrovert cuz some of them seem like they been bored to be there. I hope to be back as soon possible.

The service is outstanding. Our room has a slight mildew smell from the blasting A/C and we requested to be moved to another room. The night manager, I think his name is Jose, accommodated our request and moved us to another room. The staff are very friendly and kind. They always greet you with a smile. Food and drinks are great, we liked most especially the 24/7 snack bar. The housekeepers did also a great job cleaning our room and making the bed even without request. Daniela in the Concierge is very helpful and friendly. All in all, the hotel is a great deal, not very expensive for all inclusive and provided excellent service.

Very nice place to relax and enjoy a good food. Staff very kind and attentive. Just the beach was not what we expected. It was very small and cloudy.
