We went there to a wedding. Very welcoming staff especially Josue from Kids Club. We all had a lot of fun at archery class with him. Besides archery they have tennis, pickleball, basketball, chess, pool, arcades…Very patient and a good teacher. This place has plenty activities for everyone. Food is also good.

We took our family on vacation to Dreams Playa Mujeres. We had a wonderful time. The resort was beautiful and we really enjoyed the shows. Special thanks to the wait staff at the Tides Grille, especially Ivan, Edwin and Mario. Their service was impeccable!!

Absolutely lovely hotel! Large resort with lovely restaurants . We stayed as a family of 6 , and went preferred,which was definitely worth the little extra price. Our room overlooked the pools and ocean. We were treated so well from every member of staff ,always said good morning , and helped out if you had and questions. Loved the Bali beds right on the beach, had Erik and Santiago different weeks to make up your beds who both went above and beyond with their service and smiles. All the waiter staff either on the beach or in the restaurants just were amazing. Food was maybe a little better in the restaurants than in the sometimes crowded buffet. Must say a special praise for the French restaurant,where the waiters were amazing and the food was 5 star standard. But all the other restaurants were almost equal, just hard to find any complaints at all Loved the Maris restaurant for breakfast , so clean and staff again were wonderful Very large complex , but once you found your way around, it was easy.. it was nice to see all the lovely weddings that the hotel arranged magnificently . Pools were large and great to use with music playing, and super live singers and even one day a great electric violinist playing all the latest songs, which was so different and just great. Could go on all day saying how much we all loved it here. Love to come back next year , so will be looking for any special offers , as my other 4 other family members now want to now join us Once again thank you to all the staff and management

The hotel was amazing and I would definitely recommend it t on anyone who wants a nice but fun vacation!! The staff is awesome, and they always have something that you can do with your family or by yourself. Ark of games is also so fun. My family enjoyed going and playing paddle tennis and Josue was extremely nice and helpful. At the pool there are plenty drinks to fulfill your needs. The employees at the pool always have a fun activity at 4:00. Jacky, Gabriel, and Edwardo are amazing and super funny. We did the Zumba one day. Played volleyball another. And we played music trivia. They always knew how to have fun and let others enjoy too! The food is really good! Tres colores was good. We went to Fusion and ate very good Asian food. I got the ceviche roll and the chicken fried rice. World cafe was an amazing breakfast spot for me and my family. We always tried something new and it was always good. J would definitely recommend this to anyone with children looking to go to playa mujeres.

Marco is the guy life of the party. Keeps us entertained the staff here is very respectful would definitely return and bring the family and friends and recommend here to others. Wished the stay was longer. Quick with the service and the atmosphere is great.
