Edwin was the best part of our stay by the pool. Always attentive and willing to accommodate any special requests. Definitely ask for Edwin if you’re by the pool! Things have changed over the years we have... visited and we haven’t been sure about returning but he has made the trip lovely.

Amazing all the way around! The staff here is awesome. The pool concierge, Alberto, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed poolside every day! I can’t say enough about Diego at Gauc...ho. He took care of us like we were family, and the service was impeccable! Wilber and Dylan in the preferred lounge were extremely quick to take care of anything we needed as well. I truly can’t wait to go back with my family!

Great place for families. Felix from activities was outstanding. He gave us a great bike tour and was extremely personable. The food at the resort is some of the best I’ve had at an all inclusive. However,... make sure to download the app to get an idea of when each restaurant is open as they each operate under different hours. The beach was nice, clean and spacious.

We had a great week here! The food was exceptional especially for an all inclusive. The only improvement I would include is the poolside bars closing so early in the afternoon. We did a bike tour that w...as included with our stay and met Felix, our tour guide. He works for the resort entertainment department and truly went above and beyond. The kids loved him and he remembered everyone’s names and always included us in activities. We are so glad we met him, he is truly the nicest person and made our stay that much better.

Felix was an outstanding host. He was part of the entertainment staff and he went above and beyond. He learned our childrens names on day one. He checked in often, was knowledgeable and very kind. If we co...me back to this resort it would partially be to see Felix again!
