From start to finish, this was an unforgettable experience. The front lobby bartender, Gilmer, truly stood out with his incredible hospitality—he added a personal touch that made the trip even more special.... His drinks are hands down the best in Mexico! The beach was stunning, the rooms were beautiful, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed some fantastic excursions. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great vacation!

We had an amazing time! Bellboy Fernando was the best! He made sure we wanted for nothing! Thus resort is the best I've visted! The restaurants are so full of a variety of cultures and excellent quality. H...ighly recommend to all who are looking to get their money's worth!

Bedding was luxurious and bath was exceptional! The resort had so much to offer -- multiple pools and pool activities well suited to kids, teens, and adults. Day-care was professional and convenient. Beac...h and pool service included plenty of towels, umbrellas, and comfy lounge chairs. The quality and variety of food choices in our all-inclusive package were to-die for. The guest rooms, public areas, grounds, pools, equipment, facilities, and buildings were clean and well-maintained. Best of all were the employees at all levels -- Roger at Bell desk, Paola at Concierge, everyone at check-in, Havier and Jesus, wait staff at the many restaurants and snack bars -- you were great!

Edwin and Ivette, at the Tides, were wonderful. Definitely our favorite people we met at the resort. So helpful and very friendly. Great service!!! Loved eating at Tides. We ate many of our meals here... and were always welcomed by Edwin or Ivette.
