A great hotel

Such a nice place to spend time with my husband. Many things to do at the hotel with pool and also beachfront. There are restaurants available and little snack stores. The area is cool to walk and a 7 eleven at a certain walk distance to grab something. It is half an hour away from the Miami international airport so take that in mind too.
Superior customer service by Beach Attendant and Concierge.

Overall experience was good. The entire staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and very clean. Pools and pool areas super nice. The Prime steak house in the hotel served the best steak we've ever had! Simply delicious and the high price was well worth it Two of the best experiences during our stay was the outstanding service provided to us by Maxwell, one of the beach attendants. He alone made our experience very much worth it. Maxwell went over and beyond his responsibilities - a very courteous, kind, hard working and wonderful young man! Also, the concierge, Joe, was extremely helpful; he gave us very useful tips and answered every question we had. A very friendly and helpful gentleman.
