We loved everything about this resort. The building, location, amenities, the beach and pools, and especially the staff. All of them, without exception are very kind and helpful. A special call out to Joe ...at the concierge desk. He gave us advice on how to rent bikes to visit the Hollywood Broadwalk, and to catch river boat rides up to Ft Lauderdale from there. A very fun experience

Joe, at concierge was the best! Super helpful and genuinely kind. He helped us navigate the area, with the short amount of time we had. He also helped us put together our water fan. While we were chattin...g with him, another couple came up to the desk and said their friends recommended Joe. It’s obvious he is a favorite. 5 stars for Joe. ??
