Juan was very attentive, excellent service ..5 star. I really enjoyed the day with my daughter, he made sure everything went smoothly. I will definitely be back sooner than later. He has was very enthus...iastic. He always has a smile on. And was very polite.

We visited the beachfront in front of the W Hotel in May 2025. The Boucher Brothers services on the beachfront were great! Really loved their services they provided while relaxing on the beach. Definitely ...recommend them! Thank you Juan and Sergio!!! Great job!

I went to the beach expecting to spend the day relaxing by the sea, and I definitely had a spectacular time. I'm staying at the W Fort Lauderdale, and this guy served me, giving me the best service. He was... very attentive. He put the chairs in the shade as I requested and placed the towels on the chairs. I ordered a drink, and he immediately brought me a table to put them on. I was very pleased with the service, and I'll be back tomorrow.

Amazing experience Maya at the front desk really helped us out when we first entered when we went to the beach Juan got our chairs. Make sure we had everything brought us water Made sure we had water for m...y kids. The steak house was perfect 10/10 will come again

Went for a girls weekend and had the greatest time. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. Beach Bartender Richard was THE BEST. He delivered and went above and beyond. We spent all three days of... our trip on the beach and he made sure we had a drink in our hand at all times. Also recommended some amazing restaurants that we fell in love with. We felt so relaxed and recharged. Would recommend W Ft. Lauderdale to everyone.
