The location is the only positive of this hotel. The elevators didn’t work causing us to wait forever. The bathroom doesn’t have a door which is not conducive with a family. The pool was insanely crowded a...nd not enough chairs. Thankfully other guests helped us when the pool staff were rude snd unfriendly. You have to walk through the restaurant from the street to enter back into the hotel which we found to be rude. The door was not working. Overall we would not recommend this hotel, we will not be back.

Great experience beautiful resort and a beautiful beach. Perfect weather this time of year Austin helped us out at the beach tremendously - was friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this resor...t and work staff . Hope to come again soon

Get here early for prime spots, but there isn’t a bad spot to be had! Umbrellas are plentiful, crowd is calm, and sand is soft. Breeze never stops, easy access from the W. Wonderful ships and parasailing v...iews- you could even see a rocket launch if you’re lucky! Ask for Austin, he’ll take care of you!
