Wonderful stay at the W. For memorial day weekend. Everyone at the hotel was great but special shoutout to Richard and Austin. They did a fantastic job on the beach for our entire stay. Thanks for the ch...airs & towels service and great food and drinks. Great time overall.

The quality was lacking for the price and brand. Service was inconsistent. Not an elevated stay. TV reception was spotty at best. This is so basic but channels didn’t work. Towels were thin. There’s ...no door on the bathroom. If you are sharing a room with someone, this is not ideal when showering. One day I sat at the pool for 20 mins and never got service. The beach was nice.

Jonathan was incredibly helpful with setting up our beach chairs. Friendly, prompt, and always with a smile—he made our beach day even better. Truly excellent service. Thanks, Jonathan! He went out of his ...way to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. We really appreciated his attention to detail and positive attitude.

Niko was our beach attendant and he was very helpful and we had a great time at the beach and hotel. We come and stay at this hotel often and everyone is always helpful and very nice. i definitely think if... you’re looking for a place to stay with your friends and family this is the place to be!
