Fun family vacation

It is a very nice hotel, my children loved the slides and the lazy river. There are amazing restaurants in the area, we did not eat at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The pri...vate island is ok, we were able to see 2 dolphins while on the boat which was cool.
Rude staff

Our first time here and when my wife asked if our room was ready, she was told our policy for check in is at 4:00 pm and we will receive a texted when ready and do not come up and ask. My wife and I travel... often and NEVER was talked to like that. Not a good start, very unprofessional. This is the same person when checking in was yelling across the lobby to the concierge to the point that I couldn’t hear the person checking us in. First impressions for a great experience are the front desk staff and sorry, major failure. I’m hearing the staff is very rude. Tons of resorts around and you take your guest for granted, you’ll lose very quickly.
