Good family place

Super family friendly with tons to do for the kids. Note 3 of the 4 water slides are for 48” or taller which is decently tall compared to some places. It’s clean and nice. The pool deck wasn’t insane. It’s hard to find a place to sit and watch your kids on the slides tho. So we were standing a lot or in the water. My main complaint is the bees were horrible. My husband even got stung after trying to take cover at the restaurant! And the birds are intense and at night mosquitos! Our room was adjacent to elevators and they are very noisy. Ask for a far room. Construction at the hotel next door was not an issue.
I'd Stay Again

Despite the construction due to hurricane damages, the hotel was nice. It was well decorated for the holidays. The employees were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not included and that was disappointing. The housekeeping ladies were friendly and helpful. The pools and slides were fun. There are several food options. There isn't anything around the resort so don't plain on walking to other attractions.
