Great for Solo Trip
caitlinmboon (Saint Louis Park, Minnesota) on Mar 27, 2025
This was a great hotel for a solo trip. It's only 14 miles from the Ft. Meyers airport and I found that I didn't need to leave the property during my stay. The hotel and pools are beautiful, the variety of... restaurants and size of the property were really nice, and I enjoyed both the gift shop and the spa. The highlight for me was definitely the boat shuttle across Estero Bay to the beach on the Gulf! The hotel was very busy between families visiting on spring break and a few corporate events on-site, but the beach was a great escape from the crowds.
The perfect spring break family destination!

If you have a family and are looking for a beautiful blend of convenience and luxury, this is the place for you. The staff are fantastic and the rooms have been recently updated. The pools are wonderful an...d the beach is beautiful and private. We would highly recommend and would gladly come back.
The resort doesn't have a beach and if it is a busy weekend, you won't be able to even enjoy the pool

Nice property, but it can't really handle a full capacity weekend. Not enough pool loungers, no availability at the restaurants, long waits for breakfast at the one restaurant serving it, and the main issu...e is that there is no beach that you can just go to. It requires booking a short ferry trip, and there are not enough spots available. We couldn't visit the beach during the entire stay.
Great family Fun!

The resort was beautiful and had so many activities for kids. It was very busy due to school vacation. The staff were all very nice. Jen at the Corkscrew was awesome during an extremely busy time. The food... was great at the Corkscrew, Tanglewood and Coolbeans. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The views were great. There was several pool areas that accommodate everyone adults only, family and kid's. The private beach was beautiful.
Amazing

The hotel is amazing. The first thing we noticed was how friendly all the staff was. The place was immaculate. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. For us as a family, 2 adults and 1 child, it was ...going to cost us around $70 total though luckily we had free breakfasts. Place is super family friendly. Lots of yard games. There's a putting green. A free ferry to a private beach with chairs and umbrellas already there, free of charge. There are usually restaurants also on the beach but they were being renovated because of the past hurricane so they weren't open. There are a couple of bars open at night that are fun but its usually pretty calm. Nothing too wild. Pools are amazing. Kid pool is great. They also have a lazy river and lots of slides. Also an adults pool. Lots of chairs around all the pools so we never had an issue getting chairs. We're thinking of going back next year
