Exceptional service, very clean, recommend 10/10 definitely would come back here. The staff is great and my view was awesome.

My husband and I decided to take a mini vacation and found this gem of a resort. Everything was perfect.

My only negative comment is with the pool, slides, lazy river experience. One of the main outdoor rules was no drinks/food near the pool edges, but all the pools and lazy river hade food and mostly drinks all around the edges. People drinking/eating in the pools and especially lazy river. There was no staff monitoring the lazy river...people walking and VERY small children swimming thru the lazyriver without tubes. There were multiple times every day that I almost crushed a little child between my tube and the walls of the lazy river because they were just walking and or swimming without tubes and tried getting around me without knowing. This is really dangerous.

Easily my favorite resort in SWFL and hands down the absolute best spa there is!!!! Awesome for families with their huge water park area and activities set up. Rooms are fresh and very large.

This was our 2nd time staying at this resort and really appreciated the updated rooms - they were very comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The online check-in was seamless and made our arrival effortless. Every request or need we had was quickly handled by the friendly team members at the front desk, truly making our stay very comfortable. We had family in to celebrate my husbands birthday and the cabanas were available on time, were clean and the wait staff very attentive for lunches/beverages. Everything was great!
