The service is top tier, from the airport to the resort it self the service started we was brought straight to front desk where our booking was on point as well,the front desk staff show cased a very high ...respect for their job smiling and making sure everything was up to par when we arrived and the service was quick. The night we went to Cucina for dinner a very busy restaurant after I ate I saw why; the food was delicious very delicious not only the food was great the service oh my the service despite it was busy Akim the manager ensured we got a table very fast was pretty surprised too when he was giving us a quick run through about the resort that he is the manager of the restaurant because he looks so young but very humble young man he was, my husband and I noticed. Akim introduced us to our server Brandie that young lady is a gem she came up to us with a beautiful bubbly smile and attitude every time we went to the restaurant we wanted her to be our server she was very informative about the menu the resort and the island she new a lot my husband and I was saying she deserves to be more than a server on the resort. We saw her at the pizza restaurant Dinos excellent service as well, we always went for breakfast at cucina even at mornings it’s busy but the staff worked with a quick peace morning and night than the other restaurants so we always returned there. Everytime we wanted Brandie be our server because she worked so fast with a smile and insured we had everything we needed thank you Brandie, Akim the front desk and bar team who made excellent drinks also thanks so much for making our trip amazing ????

For those looking to choose a Sandals resort, Sandals Grenada is a great choice. My wife and I have been to several Sandals and this one we liked the best. We met couples that have over 300 paid nights at ...Sandal resorts and they same the same. Why? Here are couple reasons; 1. Workers and staff are very very nice people. Nicest of all Sandals. 2. Food always great but loved Kimono, Butch’s, and Neptunes. Call a week in advance and ask for reservations. Kimono and Butch’s only 2 that require one. 3. Smallest of all Sandals which makes it more intimate and easy to navigate. Although getting to rooms is hilly. If your an older couple you may want to request a room with easy access. 4. The only Sandals with poolside volleyball ball. Love this as it really brings people together. 5. Beach was very nice with a pier. Couple really good coffee spots. Windy, but welcomed it. Temps were about 85F. 6. Resort just minutes from airport. You don’t hear planes all day either. Maybe once a day. You won’t be disappointed!! Live life and take the trip. Hope this helps.

We were mostly there to dive, and the dive team is absolutely fantastic. Adrian, Thayne, Prince, Shawn, Shimere, and the rest of the crew took such good care of us every single day, going above and beyond ...to make sure we had the best experience. Our issue with the food is that we didn't have a lot of options that we liked. My husband is vegan, and I am pescatarian (and admittedly somewhat picky). There were some restaurants that had absolutely nothing that either of us would eat, so we only at at 4 restaurants the whole trip. However, Soy deserves an extra shoutout. We at there 5 out of 9 nights, and would have eaten there more if it weren't close on Fridays. The food was fantastic, and the chefs are super friendly and remembered us after our first visit. As always, the staff is incredibly accommodating and wonderful all around. Ahkim in Loyalty was wonderful - he followed up and made us feel welcome, but never made us feel pressured. We are excited for our next vacation at Sandals Grand Antigua, but definitely will be coming back to Grenada!

It was amazing. The resort was absolutely beautiful and had a quiet feeling but also had a party pool. It was a 5 minute drive from the airport, but we didn't really see any planes. We were able to get a c...hair everyday on the beach with an umbrella even in the afternoon. The food was delicious. We scuba dive so every day we did that and we absolutely loved the entire dive team! they were just amazing, while walking around the resort they would see us and still use our names. The whole staff was just amazing. We had a few bumps but the resort took care of us and the issues very quickly. We will be going back there for another trip.

First Sandals experience and so glad we chose Grenada. Quick transport from the airport to the resort. We booked club pink gin beach view. We ended up with Italian Village room that had an even better room... and view. It was a pleasant surprise due to our original room being unavailable. Unfortunately, the butler was not part of our room adjustment lol. Not a problem at all until when we asked questions to different staff about restaurants reservations, room service process and excursions, most staff were confused when we told them the room we were in and they suggested we asked our Butler to assist…. The resort itself and restaurants were outstanding in layout, hospitality, Entertainment and cleanliness. There were a few areas that needed minor cosmetic repairs or updating in and outside of the room itself. But again, very pleased with the attention to keeping everything clean and all of the multiple resort restrooms stocked with soap, etc. There was one instance that we observed a broken glass on our room level outdoor hallway and even after reporting it to 2 different staff members, it took nearly 24 hours for the glass to be cleaned up. Special shout out for Jamal and Alicia in the club lounge as they were very attentive to our questions and overall experience during pur 4 night stay. We celebrated our 30 year anniversary and were welcomed with a couple of small touches here and there. The only excursion we did was the new Farm to Table tour. It was fantastic and we highly recommend it for anyone who appreciates home grown and cooked food. The experience takes you to a local farm which is run by a very passionate former agricultural government and current organizer of a grower organization that focuses on women in the farming of Grenada. Please consider looking at ways to support the local communities through the Sandals Foundation. I wish that we were more aware before our trip of the school supplies program. It’s very rare that we get to travel together anywhere and I am grateful for all of the other recommendations that guided us to choose Sandals Grenada.
