Disappointed pool
HAEYOUNG L on May 11, 2025
The view of Niagara Falls was stunning, and that alone earns this hotel two stars. Unfortunately, my experience at the pool was extremely disappointing and made the stay far less enjoyable. A group of abo...ut 20 teenagers entered the pool area, shouting, splashing water everywhere, and engaging in reckless behavior. Other guests who were quietly enjoying the pool left one by one — myself included — after being splashed and overwhelmed by the noise. Some of the teens were even diving into the jacuzzi and playing near the water drainage area, which felt both dangerous and completely inappropriate. Their parents were present but made no effort to supervise or intervene. While the hotel does have a sign saying “This pool is unsupervised,” it feels like an excuse to avoid all responsibility. Even if the pool is technically unsupervised, a hotel of this caliber should still maintain a minimum level of order and safety. No staff ever checked the area, and no actions were taken to protect other guests’ comfort or wellbeing. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, I would not recommend this Hilton property — unless you’re only here for the view.
Avoid Hilton Fallsview unless you like being over charged.

Dont go unless want to be over charged! Visit weekly & silver points member. Recent stay charged toursit tax for 11 people at Brasa; charged $12.60 for 2 bottles of water that should be included for silver... members; was woken up at 8am by fire alarm which seems to be a reoccurring issues. Spoke with Sharmaine Busante-Manager who repeated back my complaints, did nothing to rectify however did ask me to give them another chance. I will not be returning. Nothing worse than finding additional charges days after our departure. I highly suggest avoiding & visiting one of the other many hotels preferably that dont charge ridiculous extras and/or wake you up with the fire alarm.
Light show in your room

Spend the extra money and get at least the American falls view. After walking around all day you will be too tired to walk up and down that hill so you can get a bottle of wine (at the shop outside next to... the Subway) and move your room's couch to watch the light show from the comfort of your room. Awesome!
Stay somewhere else

Room was not very clean. They regularly run out of hot water during checkout. During busy periods there are long waits for the elevator. The parking was expensive and full, so we had to park offsite with a... shuttle taking us back and forth and it was still $35 a night and super inconvenient. The pool is nice (although you are supposed to book a time in advance). My overall take is that they just can’t handle the size of this hotel. For the money, I would definitely stay elsewhere next time.
2 Night Stay

I don’t understand the poor reviews. We stayed in a Falls View room on the 27th floor. King bed was great. Room was clean. Elevators were not too bad except after a show at OLG theatre. Now Parking is an ...issue and is very expensive at the hotel however if you park in the Fallsview Casino on level 5 you can take the sky bridge over to level E in the Hilton Hotel which is 1 floor up from the Lobby. It’s an easy walk even with suitcases. Now Parking outside the Casino says $15 which is a lie as you pay at a kiosk before you leave. So the parking fee is whatever they decide it is on the morning you leave. We arrived on a Thursday and left on a Saturday morning and paid $60 Can for the entire stay. Hilton parking was $60 per night so would have been double.
