Was traveling with by myself with two little kids. Arrived on a Friday night. Pulled in and was told to check in unload all our stuff then come back (with kids in tow) and park the car a mile away and take a shuttle bus back…..this is a four star hotel with no parking in the hotel and no valet. The front desk was rude, no one helped with our bags and the room was disgustingly dirty. Stains and hair all over the carpet and 1/2 and inch of dirt and hair on the a/c vents. I immediately requested the room be cleaned and no one came, I called again the next day - housekeeping and the front desk. I was told it would be addressed and it never was. My son broke out into a rash while we were staying there and started coughing, can’t help thinking it was related to how dirty the room was. The TV also didn’t work and the food was bad and overpriced. The only nice thing was the view of the falls. Stay elsewhere

The hotel staff was friendly and attentive to us. There was someone always available to help with everything from parking to checking in to assisting with things to do. The onsite dining options and live music are great and hours of operation met our needs for late night entertainment. Our hotel room was on the 44th floor with.a great view of both the American and horseshoe falls. We were walking distance of the falls and a bridge connected us to the casino and additional shopping and food options.
