10/10 for a friends trip! I came here with three of my friends for a budget-friendly getaway, and it honestly worked out perfectly. We were able to fit four adults comfortably in the room, which made it a ...great value. While daily housekeeping wasn’t included, they did have a quick and easy service where you could request fresh towels, toilet paper, and even beach towels — and they always showed up within 10–15 minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was also a huge plus — everything we needed was within walking distance, so we barely had to use our car. For the price and convenience, I’d definitely recommend it for a fun trip with friends!

Great hotel, in a convenient location, with friendly staff. Great view from the balcony on the 20th floor. Cheaper than hotels on the main ocean road but still within walking distance of the beach and man...y bars and restaurants. Parking is not cheap but nowhere is in waikiki !

So conveniently located! Just a couple of blocks from the beach and easy walking distance to the zoo and aquarium. Wonderful to have a kitchenette for beverages and to keep a lid on expenses for meals and ...snacks. Despite being close to city action, it was super quiet. High rise, but elevators readily available. Friendly staff!

Check in was a breeze. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel is located a block away from the beach. Easy walk to zoo and Waikiki shopping and restaurants. Only negative was the carpet in the bedroom... needed a deep cleaning. We reported this to front desk at checkout and they committed to having it cleaned for the next guest. Otherwise no complaints.

It’s a very old hotel with very poor cheap renovations and ikea furnishings! Location is a ten - great partial views we had room 3302. Elevators very slow and always packed stopping all floors several time...s. Pool deck very sad looking and only one spa. Small crowded pool. Room wise; it’s big and spacious, but all tiled floors ( slippery), kitchenette from the 1940’s untouched, bathroom renovated with ikea cabinets and no bath tub. More ikea decorating in the bedroom …. Has good tv and reception and we used kitchen twice- all good there. Very rough paint job and styling yuk ( like I said straight outa ikea) I know these things as I’m an interior designer!! Cheap and nasty. It needs a thorough reno and injection of much funding to bring it up to scratch. Parking is costly it was $40 a day over 6 days. Staff very pleasant especially bell captain Carlton. They messed up our room booking on arrival ( the room was occupied) and gave us a discount. Leaking air con on the balcony I found on entering was addressed quickly. Overall they could do oh so so much better that they do; it’s a shame. Great location short walk the beach. Sadly goes down hill from there
