Aminities are fantastic, pools and fitness spaces are clean and beautiful. Optimal location. Friendly staff and more then patient with all my questions. Roger, who cleans our room is excellent. Bed sheets ...a bit stiff though but you get used to it after a while.

We are staying in an ocean view double bed room the view was amazing. Bed was on a small side . Pillow not comfy we have to ask for a different pillow and they are very attentive to it. The worst part is... at the 3rd day the room start to stink , like a damp carpet or rotten feet. We thought it was the smell from the ocean or the pizza we brought from outside . We had it clean and still stink. They put a fan inside not sure what it is , but the smell still there . So I had enough of it as it’s giving me a headache, so I demanded for a room change and told them I’m not paying for the resort fee for the last few days as it was not really comfortable to stay. The manager was apologetic and given us another room and few credit to cover the resort fee The hotel was too crowded , can’t even find a spare seat or lounge bed at the pool. And they charge for some lounge bed very expensive. Breakfast is included but not good at all… Overall not impress and will not stay here again

Had an amazing time at Sheraton Waikiki. The ocean view was the highlight of the trip. The pillows are some of the fluffiest I have ever had at a hotel. My son loved the kids pool and the hot tub. Lookout ...for the fun activities throughout the week. A big shout-out to Roland for his excellent housekeeping services.

We were at Sheraton Waikiki for a week it was wonderful I am very happy the treatment of the very kind and friendly staff I loved the food and drinks the view of the sea unforgettable I loved spending the ...afternoon in the area of the infinity pool if I forgot the comfort of being by the sea

I stayed at the Sheraton with my husband and 13 month old in January 2025. We were upgraded to the highest floor with ocean view, due to my Titanium Elite status. The view was amazing and the amenities wer...e the best - the pool was great and there excellent access to the beach. My one criticism is that the room size is a bit small. Special shout-out to the housekeeper on my floor, Jingsi, who worked hard and was very pleasant and accommodating. She added a personal touch to our stay as we conversed with her for a few minutes each day.
