SheratonWaikiki Aloha Spirit!

The Ocean View Rooms were spectacular. Miss Arlend attended to our room service and was so lovely. We give her the highest rating and we’re very impressed by her, if only all Sheraton Staff followed her example and Aloha Spirit! The Sheraton Waikiki is perfectly located on the shore line and has the Best view overall in my opinion.??

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED at the lack of professionalism at this property. We’ve never before had an issue at any other hotel or resort. We were quoted via email for a 4 day stay. On arrival, the staff were wonderful and we informed them that we would only be able to stay three nights. They were very clear that this did not matter, and that the ‘stay longer, save more’ rate quoted would still apply. No paperwork on check-in and our room was not ready early due to an upgrade, which was appreciated. So at 2pm, we went to reception again to see if the room was ready and to ask about the billing paperwork. A gruff gentleman assured us that it was as per the email, which we showed him. The room was not ready and we returned later to again have the same conversation with another staff member. The next day, our room key did not work. Back to reception. The lady was so lovely and advised that despite the booking supposedly being for three nights, her colleagues the previous day only booked it for one night. She advised that as they did not have reservation staff in house, we should book the additional two nights online through Bonvoy and they would sort the billing as per the rates quoted via email. On checkout, again no paperwork. Pretty angry to look at our bank statement to find we were charged MUCH MORE than the quoted nightly rate. The property admitted they had made a mistake and reimbursed a laughable $55. Many emails later and this still is not sorted. EXTREMELY POOR that a property that suggests it is 5 star cannot accurately bill their guests. We should not have to ever involve a bank to look into this when the email is very clear, as were the representations made by SIX different staff members that the quoted price per night would be billed. We will not be staying here again. Dishonest. Plus the food and drinks were nowhere near as good as at nearby resorts.

Great location and hotel

Bed is great, rooms and amenities are perfect. Housekeeping goes above and beyond to be friendly and make your stay better - need to compliment Wendy from our visit for that! The location is perfect too for going to the beach and anything you need in town

Great vacation

Vacation was amazing! The entire staff were professional and very helpful. From the valet to front desk employees, they were awesome! The bartenders Rob,locks,Amanda,Dean gave amazing service and great recommendations on what to do while on vacation. Nikki the poolside server was great! Very professional and helpful with all my families needs. Roger the houseman. Was cheerful and very helpful when he saw me in the hallway. Always said Aloha and asked if there was anything I can do for you. Your staff is the reason why I will return to your hotel.

Can't connect to TV from LAPTOP

Can not mirror display from phone or laptop. Guest services tell me this is not possible. I'm not from the US so I would have to pay for a Netflix account.
