Does not reflect expectation of Secrets brand. Resort needs lots of work. Pool needs complete renovation. Food consistently bad. Entertainment is lame except for day crew (Amir, Abraham, Fernando were awesome). Rooms are clean but tired. It is made obvious that Americans are not their target market.

As I can not go into detail for this review I will be writing a separate one but as far as I can say as someone with experience with secrets resorts I am a bit disappointed with this location.
