The staff was very attentive. We traveled with our high school tennis team. We requested and got early check in and late check out making things easier for the team. Anytime we needed anything (extra to...wels, more detergent, etc.) it was brought up right away. Because it the rooms came with a full kitchen, we could cook all the meals in our rooms. Also, washer/dryers were helpful for uniforms.

So many fees for random stuff. Room was fine, woke up to a clogged tub and food waste in all sinks first morning. Took nearly an hour for maintenance to arrive, we were moved rooms and nothing else was of...fered to remediate the time wasted or resolve the situation that had eaten 2 hours of our first morning in the stay. Restaurant also served overpriced, not good food.

Beautiful experience at this resort. The grounds are immaculate with elaborate landscaping and water features. Right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets and early morning rainbows. Friendly and helpful staff. ...Clean rooms with private lanai that overlooks the ocean and two islands. The onsight restaurant and shops are convenient. Just across the street is a large supermarket in case you prefer to cook in the fully equipped kitchen in your condo. Large parking lot at the complex.

Family fun had by all 20 of us!! Hopefully we will be back in the future. WE enjoyed the pools, the grounds, the beach and everything around the area as well... Also, the Beach restaurant was always enj...oyable, we had Prime Rib on Thursday!! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. The room had so much space. The ocean view balcony was my favorite. We sat outside to eat,read, relax and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed both pools. Having a full kitchen ...with a dishwasher and washer/dryer was great. The sunsets were gorgeous down by the pool.
