The amenities- full kitchen, bath, and washer/dryer and room size is good. The room needs to be upgraded- old couch, carpet, lighting, fixtures, beddings, etc. Friendly staff and accommodating staff-front ...desk, bartender, evening concierge. Good location.

Rooms need to be renovated, nice pool and common areas but hotel itself needs to be freshened up. There’s no ice machine on property, beds are uncomfortable and no extra linens in the room, showers don’t d...rain that quickly, and just overall you’d be better staying somewhere else.

Location.of the hotel is the best feature of the hotel. Out room fealt outdated and not current with times. Staff were very corteous and pleasant. The room functioned well but the furniture and decor requ...ired modernizing. The bed and mattress needs to be updated. Food and drinks onsite seemed a little on the expensive side. Overall, the experience was not horrible, but would consider other places nearby.

A great, friendly, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and informative. Would recommend staying here. This was our first visit to Hawaii. The restaurant food was really good and I liked that they offered ...authentic island food. Our server was great. Sitting in an open air restaurant looking at the beautiful blue water, we actually saw a whale from our table.
