The property was so clean and the gardens were beautiful. We were so impressed with the staff who were all friendly. The location was great on the beach. There is a restaurant on site which served excellent food. It is an open air restaurant with a view of the ocean.

Kaanapali Shores is located on the NW shore of Maui in the Hawaiian Islands. The hotel is bright and airy built to be cooled by the prevailing winds. The room came with a full kitchen but there is no need to cook as there is a good restaurant on site and a collection of eating places across the road. Staff are friendly and efficient.

GOOD - 1) clean and well manicured outdoor space. 2) Apartment/condo type of room. 3) Washer & Dryer in room with detergent provided. 4) Kitchen with dishes and few pots and pans. NOT GOOD - 1) a bit outdated. 2) cheap pillows 3) kids should not be allowed in the hot tub 4) the gate pool should be adult only 5) premise restaurant is nothing special

This is our 3rd time back to this resort. It is at a great location right about lots of amenities. Easy access to the beach, great restaurant and bar/pool area. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite and the views were amazing. We will return again the next time we are on Maui.

We had the best stay at Aston Kaanapali Shores! The hotel is located next to Kaanapali beach. We took beach walks everyday and captured beautiful Maui sunsets! There is a nice restaurant and bar onsite with a good selection of delicious food and drinks to choose from. We plan to comeback again next year!!
