The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. Staff is courteous. The overall stay was great. There are many amenities on site. There are also nearby shops. The beach is beautiful. The only negative i...s that you have to pay for parking. Otherwise, it was great.
Great Beach, But Beware the Mosquitoes

We just stayed at this property, and overall, it met our expectations as a standard Westin property — clean and comfortable room, a cozy bed, and of course, a stunning beach just steps away. However, one ...major downside was the mosquitoes. Every night we found ourselves getting bitten, which made it very hard to get a good night’s sleep. While we understand that this might be a seasonal issue and hard to fully control, the hotel could at least consider providing mosquito repellent in the rooms. It was honestly unbearable at times. Service was also underwhelming. When I asked for a one-hour late check-out, the receptionist simply said no — no explanation, no attempt to accommodate or even sound empathetic. Beautiful location, but the lack of attention to guest comfort and service left us disappointed.
