Great location but unhelpful management will ruin your experience

Nicole K on May 31, 2025

Although newly furnished rooms were nice, concierge was very difficult to reach. Whenever problems would arise, management would try to brush it off. Even after multiple failures insisted on forcing me to ...let them fix it rather than be comped for the issues.

Solid Higher-end Hotel Experience

D2545DBjeffb (Atlanta, Georgia) on May 31, 2025

Room (in the Palazzo) was a little outdated, without newer plugins for electronics or AC plugins on bedside table. One of the check-in hosts was a little rude: our room was not ready at check-in time (3p...m), so I asked him if any comp was available (I was thinking about a free breakfast or something of that sort). He told me that although check-in begins at 3pm, it doesn't end until all guests are in their rooms, so no compensation for checking in after the 3pm check-in start time. That's obviously a silly explanation. Anyway, we found a nice place to sit (there's a very nice sitting area on the 10th floor Venetian side of the complex not far from the pool), were given access to the pool (you need a room card) as well as Wi-Fi access (you normally need a room number to access), and eventually received a room around 5pm. The hotel sent a text later that evening asking how everything was going, and after relating these details, and a general dissatisfaction with the check in process, we were comped $150 for hotel services (like the Canyon Ranch breakfast counter). All in all, we felt the Venetian ultimately responded well, and I'd give them good marks on how they handled the situation in its entirety. The hotel complex is an incredibly interesting place to walk around, though some might be bothered by the cigarette smoke on the 1st floor near the casinos. I found it all very fascinating (not being a casino person), watching the gambling, admiring the beautiful hotel decor (lobbies, ceilings), incredibly well-done restaurants (such as the Grand Lux Cafe and Buddy V's). Really a delightful hotel experience. Prices were high (especially for necessities like coffee), but I came in expecting that after doing my homework. Seems like a very secure hotel, with room card required for access to many areas.

Venetian Resort- my favorite place

Giuliano T on May 30, 2025

The entire accommodation at the Venetian Resort was excellent. Rooms are beautiful, pools are awesome, restaurants excellent, especially the Grand Lux and the employees are well trained and helpful at all... times. I love the Venetian and am looking forward to returning.

Great hotel in an excellent location

PM-65-UK (Naples, Florida) on May 28, 2025

Stayed here for 5 nights in May and really enjoyed it. We’d booked a luxury king suite. The room was large, with a big bathroom with twin sinks, a bath and a separate shower, a big bedroom area with TV an...d super comfy bed, plus a big lounge area with sofa and another big TV. There was everything you needed in the room. The one downside and why I rated this 4 not 5 stars is that our room was a little dark even in the middle of the day with the drapes and blinds open. That’s because it was in the shadow of an adjacent building. I didn’t expect a view, but I’d like natural light. Whilst the casino was ‘buzzing’ I’d say it was (positively) far more up market than a few others we went into whilst in Vegas. Despite being busy (it was Memorial holiday weekend) the rooms and corridors were pretty quiet, so you could get a good nights sleep. Check in and check out was also a breeze, plus loads of cabs available at all hours at the main entrance. We spent some time in the lovely pool area on the 10th floor of the south tower. Loads of sun beds were always available, with plenty of pool towels and a life guard for the kids pool. The bigger pools area on the 4th floor in the north tower was busier with a younger crowd enjoying the great pools and the bar there. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants throughout the hotel, all at ‘Vegas prices’ though! I’d recommend the hotel as a great place to stay.

Venetian - the best !!!

J P on May 28, 2025

Our stay at the Venetian was extremely enjoyable. Venetian has everything we love, the restaurants are all very good. We had food at Canonita which has the best Mexican food and also had food at DelMonico,... they have the best Banana Fosters. Lobster Me has the best sandwich. We enjoyed ice cream from Sloans. Buddy V's restaurant is another favorite. My family loved the Gondola Ride, which transports you to Venice, with their singing and creating a beautiful atmosphere. The slots are such fun to play. The people are very friendly and very welcoming. The best place to stay on the Strip !!!!
