The Venetian is great !

I can’t complain on anything! Their Breakfast buffet is small but at 7:00 in the morning well worth $30 per person. If you have the breakfast plan on paying in addition to what you order coffee is $6.00 bottomless. Clean comfortable. If you have any issue it is taking care of right away. Friendly staff and you may hear a rumor free breakfast buffet unless it comes with your package it is NOT free. We went to both buffets which was the same. If you don’t enjoy stay home the next time because they go above and beyond.

I Paid upgrade for unhygenicaly cleaned room with uncomfortable feelings.

I Paid upgrade for non hygenicaly cleaned room with uncomfortable feelings My stay was unfortunately marred by several unpleasant incidents. Upon entering my upgraded room, I discovered that the glass tabletop of the game table was shattered, posing a significant safety hazard. As a result, I was relocate to a different room. The following day, I encountered another distressing issue. While preparing to leave the room, I touched the headboard and discovered that there was chewed gum. To add to my frustration, I also found several items that appeared to have been left behind by previous guests. These included water and Gatorade bottles under the bed table, as well as feminine hygiene products on the bathroom closet shelf.

Sweetest beds in town

417StormDavis (Branson, Missouri) on Aug 24, 2024

The kind of old Vegas luxury and style that so many in town are missing can be found at the Venetian and Palazzo. The Grand Luxe Cafe is the best food on the strip, or anywhere else in town, the beds are the mot comfortable I've ever slept in, this is the kind of place that Frank and The Boys would have stayed.

Could be better

Dwb79 (Frederiksberg, Denmark) on Aug 24, 2024

One of the biggest hotels in Las Vegas. Maybe to big. Its grand and everything is picture perfect, at least on the surface, but thats Vegas. Rooms where big. Plenty of room. The pull out couch was a disaster. Low quality, not made for an adult. If you have back problems, dont use it. Had pains two days after in my lower back. Cleaning was about 8/10. Thick layer of dust on top the mirrors in the bathroom. And whatever you do DON'T open the minibar if you are not getting anything. There is a censor in the fridge that registers when you open the door. Just for opening the door to the fridge the hotel charges you 55$. Yes its true and right out crazy. Parking can be tricky also. Its one of those situations where the front desk says one thing when you arrive and another when you are checking out. Then its up to you to solve it. Its was fun to see but this hotel is not for families with smal children. Oh and a pack of cigarettes cost 21$ at the casino. Viva Las Vegas!

The Palazzo was ok

Dana K on Aug 24, 2024

The room was nice but dated and not super clean- the view of the sphere was very cool and postcards from earth at the sphere was amazing! You have to walk through the casino which is normal but they allow smoking in the aisle as you go to your room and it’s gross and unnecessary - we stayed on the 44th floor
