The Grand Cafe Lux promises luxury, but delivers disappointment. While the rooms impress, the experience falls flat with no water, coffee, or toiletries. Pathetic staff only add to the frustration. I lost ...my credit card at grand lux Cafe.

Here for a show at the Sphere. The Venetian is showing its age. Our room is relatively large with a hang-out area, but furniture seems dated and couch sags. No accessible electrical outlets on both sides o...f bed, forcing me to charge my phone in the bathroom. No coffee in room. Two small rough stiff towels. Keycard to room stopped working in less than a day so now have to make a trek to lobby to resolve. No free water. All this for $750 a night? I’m sure there are better places within easy walking distance of Sphere.

I went for business and the person at front deask offered me early check in for an extra $5 a night, as the room was an upgrade from what I had booked. When I received my folio at the end of my stay there... was an extra $68.03 charge for two nights. I called the management at Venetian and they couldnt care a less. I know its only $140 but its the principal of the matter. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN STAYING AT VENETIAN! Scott J

Disgusting. Don’t stay there. The couch was so old and worn and smelly we could not sit on it. The bathroom floor was slimey and the shower seal was missing so the floor was wet. The room service took almo...st 2 hours for coffee. Had to request glasses for a drink of water. Terrible place.

In general hotel was good, decor, environment and location are excellent. I had a tap break in the bathroom on our second day but this was fixed in good time. I had an issue with additional charges being t...aken from my credit card which was never really explained so I had my credit card stopped to ensure nothing further went through, also had to chase the hotel for one of the security fees to be refunded.
