The highs and lows

What should have been a great review was quickly changed due to staff miscommunication. Stayed at the Venetian 3 years ago and thought it was the most amazing hotel ever, returned with my partner ( newly e...ngaged days before the arrival) the staff at reception were great, Sarah made our check in a big deal and made us feel on cloud nine. Through the stay I definitely noticed the hotels cleanliness in shared areas being poor, empty cups all around the pools for hours, cans in the lift areas. I definitely noticed the sunbed situation to have deteriorated since our last visit and it was a nightmare to get a bed, beds lying empty for hours with 1 towel. Yet the rules say 30 minutes. The day before check out we asked a staff member if we would be able to use the showers even if we had checked out, we had a late flight and a 10.5 hour travel, the staff member said yes no problem just let reception know you need your key. So we planned our last day at the pool, more cocktails etc, having a great time. My partner also double checked with the staff at reception when we checked out and this was fine. We visited the spa to be told we couldn’t use them unless we had a treatment. Back to reception again to be told there was nothing that they could do, and we could pay $109 to have a treatment and shower. This is 1 hour before by airport pick up. I have now burst into tears at reception, my incredible trip has been turned completely sour. Something so small that I feel the staff could have done more to resolve for a 20 minute shower considering the 7 night stay I have had and money I have spent, oh and yeah because of their error not mine.
Another wonderful stay.

We have stayed at the Palazzo/Venetian in Las Vegas many times over the years, and we've never been disappointed. We had our rehearsal dinner at the Grand Luxe Cafe in the Venetian back in 2003 and simply... fell in love with the place. Time and time again we have revisited, even bringing our children many times, and always have the best time. During our most recent visit last week Blanca was so helpful at the registration desk. Housekeeping always there when you need them. Rooms and bedding are by far the best on the strip. A staff supported chat system helped with our questions and needs in a very timely manner. The new Via Via food court has many affordable and delicious options, especially for families. The scenery and ambiance of the Venetian/Palazzo is only exceeded by the Wynn properties perhaps, but, while not cheap, is much more affordable. We've tried other places along the strip, but from top to bottom there is no comparison to the Venetian/Palazzo in our view. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Palazzo Tower & Prestige Lounge

Spacious beautiful rooms with helpful staff. Amazing restaurants, shops and plenty of gaming! Highly recommend the Prestige Lounge. Check in & check out was effortless and greeted with friendly staff. Mark... Wolff in particular went out of his way to answer all questions and make sure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast and happy hour cocktails are a great addition to your stay when you take advantage of the Prestige Lounge amenities. Thank you to him and all the staff @ the Palazzo tower!

This place is a dream. Absolutely loved the all suite rooms. It's HUGE. Like you have your own bedroom and living room! Very comfy and everyone treats you like royalty. It's connected to Palazzo so you... also have access to their pools, so amazing. Outstanding bars, restaurants and lounges. We loved it!
