This place is nice stop by the airport lax. They have a bar right by the pool with amazing bartenders named Fabian and Cat who are the best at their craft. I highly recommend this spot. The location is c...onvenient, right by the airport and marina del Rey.

Nice Airport Hotel, Problems with Restaurant and Food
TimberL_12 (Boston, Massachusetts) on May 20, 2025
Was worried about staying at airport hotel because of air traffic noise, but it was close to a conference and the best location for me. I was shocked at how soundproofed the rooms were. My room was very cl...ose to a runway and I heard very little. The only complaint was room service and the restaurant. Unfortunately I got food poisoning while I was there (at another restaurant, not Hyatt) and when I was ready for tea and toast I learned you cannot get any food at all at the hotel between 11 am and 5 pm. There was no breakfast room service on Sunday morning. I was told the only option was the (very expensive) buffet. I only wanted toast. It took me a long time to convince someone in the restaurant just to make me a single piece of white toast. That one piece of toast cost $6. That night I called for room service and just wanted to have plain pasta. The guy who answered the phone told me a bowl of pasta was $50. I told him I wanted it plain, nothing in it. He said he was sorry, but it would be $50. In the end he agreed to sell me the children's portion for $20. Overall, it's a great hotel but whoever is running the food service needs to do better, or be fired.
Would stay again

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as I was there for business and office located close to the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle from domestic terminals to the hotel and operates every 15 mins. Early mor...nings from the hotel, the shuttle is busy so allow time incase you don’t get in the first one. Check in was super quick and easy. I think I was at front desk for 2 mins maximum and had my room key and on my way. The room was a great size with a good size table to either eat or do some work. It had a corner lounge and a king sized bed. The bathroom was adequate, not huge but enough room to be comfortable. The room does have curtains but doesn’t quite block out all light. There are gaps at the top so light does come into the room. The hotel is the closest to the airport so you get some noise of aircraft taking off and landing. The hotel had a bar and restaurant which I didn’t visit. It also had a very small Starbucks which was great to grab a coffee in the morning and a small self service market which was perfect to grab a drink from. All in all my stay was great, convenient and hassle free. Would stay there again
Great stopover
Ilovetravel1967 (Edinburgh, United Kingdom) on May 17, 2025
A great hotel for a stopover. Friendly shuttle staff. Lovely receptionist, Elena. Hotel felt very swish and our room was spacious, modern and super clean. Enjoyed view to the runway but also very quiet. ...Walked to the train station to catch metro/bus to cruise terminal.
