Great hotel

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The shower is great. Check in is quick and professional. Best of all, the Hyatt Regency is very close the airport terminals and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle gets you to your terminal quickly. The renovated lobby is sleek and modern.

Very nice airport hotel

Very nice hotel very close to the airport. Good timely shuttle service a nice amenities in the room. The lobby is very nice and when we were there, it was not under construction. There’s lots of good seating and the seats are comfortable. The coffee the room provides is very good and the Keurig machine in the room works well

Perfect accommodation right next to LAX

Location and convenience for our early flight out back home was perfect! Thank you Hyatt Regency LAX for allowing us to get some rest and be on our way home after a 12 day vacation. My family and I was able to rest safe and be on our way at a great price and great location. Hotel shuttle was ready as soon as we walked out of the doors.

Although the place was clean, with a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows, the hotel charged for EVERYTHING: including parking and breakfast. Without a breakfast voucher, the buffet costs $50. Parking is $75/day for valet. Or one can self park in the nearby lot for hourly parking up to $50/day. The lacked a proper concierge. We received poor information from staff to help us to enjoy Los Angeles. Other than that, the hotel is lovely and clean, with a sufficient gym.

An average hotel experience - actually a bit below average as I am used to a much higher quality of experience, and that is what I expect from a supposedly premium hotel. Accessible room where the shower was stuck on hot and the refrigerator didn't work. Not what I expect from any hotel. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the HVAC was easy to use and worked as expected. The curtains closed completely which provided a very dark room for sleeping.
