If you can, stay literally anywhere else. I never write negative reviews, but people need to be warned: - On arrival at 4:15, informed the room I booked and paid for months in advance was unavailable - sta...ff unhelpfully offered a downgrade, with no refund or compensation - I had to suggest a (really unsuitable) solution so that my family could stop waiting in the lobby while the manager…didn’t do anything to help or even emerge from the back room. - The lift broke down with my family inside. This would have caused us to miss our flight had it not been delayed (even though we had an extra half-hour factored in). - the engineer who fixed the elevator, and the shuttle driver, were the only staff who were helpful. - another guest was charged double for parking, and - you guessed it - I’ve been charged again as well. Feels like a scam. - I feel sorry for the front desk staff, who must be miserable people. Don’t let them lie to you and treat you like a nuisance, then charge you double for not providing the service you paid for. - The free breakfast and points were inadequate compensation, particularly given the billing issues I’m still having. I bet they never make these double-billing “mistakes” in the customer’s favor…

A great clean, comfortable, safe LAX hotel, with a lovely, helpful and accommodating staff! If there is a better LAX hotel I haven’t found it! The beds are comfortable, the fitness centre had everything ...I need, and you couldn’t be close to the airport without sleeping at your gate!! 10/10, DO recommend!!

Very nice hotel with convenient free shuttle services to and from LAX. Very friendly staff who were professional and accommodating. Beds are always comfortable. My only dislike is the barn door in the bath...room. Not a lot of privacy as their are gaps with no standard door. Also, you can hear everything that is occurring in the bathroom, lol. However, my overall experience is 5 stars!

This location was convenient, but it did not meet my expectations created by other Hyatt Regency properties. The bathroom was basic and small, my room was average at best. Property amenities were not utili...zed due to staff closing the restaurant and bar well ahead of posted hours of operation.
