As a solo traveler with big bags filled with scuba gear and Christmas presents, everyone was helpful. The parking person called a bellboy; the check-in was easy and pleasant. The room was fantastic. Lots of room for a single room with colorful furniture pops amongst a serene background. The shuttle to the airport, and the possibility to leave your car in their parking lot for $25 per day, is very helpful.

Best hotel for late arrivals at LAX. The free shuttle comes to every terminal around every 10 minutes. Very reliable. The hotel is so close. You are in a room within 30 minutes of getting off the plane. Unless your bags take a while lol. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable, quiet, and have all the amenities you would expect from a Hyatt Regency. The rooftop gym is a treasure. It's really nice and has amazing views of the airport. You're basically between the two runways and watch the planes take off and land while you work out. The bar is open late. The food is pretty good although pricey. I often arrive at LAX after 10:00 p.m. I don't want to spend another hour or more traveling to where I'll be staying so this is an excellent option. It's also a great option for a longer stay in LA. The location is super convenient for both Venice Beach and Santa Monica or Manhattan Beach the beach cities. I can't forget the service. It's always excellent. Check in is a breeze. I'll see you guys again soon.

Love staying here for the convenience to LAX. Quikpark is also on site where I park my car while on vacation with free shuttle service over to LAX. Rooms are nice, quiet and the beds are comfortable. The refrigerator in the room is perfect and of course a coffee maker for those early morning eye openers. The restaurant and bar on site are outstanding with long timers manningthe bar, who over the years we got to know and always look forward to seeing and speaking with them to catch up.

Perfect location at LAX. Shuttle service was very efficient. Rooms are large, high quality beds and very good pillows. Good shower even if pressure could be better. We had breakfast at the restaurant and there is an extended buffet. Great airport hotel.

Great location! Next to the terminal 1. Hotel restaurant is very impressive. We ate lunch, and surprised how delicious the food is. The portion is big. As globalist, booked with points, valet parking is free, breakfast of four is free. Great deal. Breakfast are very good with good service. Room is very clean and spacious.
